高校辅导员社会角色的基本属性及其特征探析

【摘要】：现阶段人们对辅导员角色扮演的内容还存在许多困惑,为此可通过探讨高校辅导员社会角色的基本属性及其特征来进一步明晰其固有的角色本源。高校辅导员社会角色具有三大基本属性,即天然的政治属性、内生的教育属性和本质的文化属性,同时具有多重性、冲突与融合的特征。高校辅导员要更好地把握其社会角色的基本属性及特征,呈现高校辅导员的社会角色形象,获得更多的社会认可与支持,从而为大学生的全面发展和个性化成长作出更大的贡献。
[Abstract]:At this stage, people still have a lot of confusion about the content of counselors' role-playing. Therefore, we can explore the basic attributes and characteristics of the social role of college counselors to further clarify its inherent role origin. The social role of college counselors has three basic attributes, that is, the natural political attributes. The endogenetic education attribute and the essential cultural attribute, at the same time have the characteristics of multiple, conflict and fusion. College counselors should better grasp the basic attributes and characteristics of their social roles. It presents the social role image of college counselors and gets more social recognition and support, thus making a greater contribution to the all-round development and individualized growth of college students.
