北京体育大学田径方向硕士研究生的就业调查研究

【摘要】：硕士研究生的教育是我国较高层次的教育,目的是培养大量的高层次人才满足社会对人才的需求。但是随着我国教育的大众化,研究生数量的大幅度增加,体育类硕士研究生也是研究生这支大队伍里的一部分。2009年以来,我国招收硕士研究生的数量逐年增加,随着研究生大幅度的扩招,每年毕业研究生的数量也大幅度增加,但是社会就业岗位的增加远远小于每年研究生毕业人数,这样就造成了人才的堆积,供大于求的现象,研究生的就业形势也是每况愈下。研究生的就业情况直接影响到我国硕士研究生的教育和社会经济的发展,所以硕士毕业生的就业问题也慢慢的成为了社会关注的焦点,而全日制体育硕士专业是全日制硕士学位当中的一个独立专业,所以,全日制体育硕士研究生的就业也必然会引起高校和社会的高度关注。针对现有的状况,本文通过教育类硕士研究生的就业与体育类硕士研究生的就业为研究对象,采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法以及数理统计法进行对比研究,来分析当下硕士研究生的就业状况,然后对北京体育大学硕士研究生的就业状况进行分析,进一步了解北京体育大学田径方向的硕士研究生的就业现状。得出结论如下:1、2013--2016届北京体育大学田径方向的研究生的就业率逐年下降,就业形势不容乐观。2、北京体育大学田径方向硕士研究生在求职的地域及职位的选择都太集中,就业观念不合理。3、北京体育大学田径方向硕士研究生的专业课程的设置与社会用人单位的需求脱离。4、北京体育大学田径方向硕士研究生在校期间接受到就业指导比较少。针对以上问题本文提出几条相应的发展对策:1.学校要健全培养机制;2.合理设置课程;3.加强就业指导;4.硕士研究生提高自身综合素质;5.规范用人单位行为。

The graduate employment situation directly affects the development of our country's postgraduate education and the social economy, so the employment problem of graduates has slowly become the social concern The focus of the full-time sports master professional is an independent professional, full-time masters degree so full-time physical education postgraduate employment will also pay close attention to the universities and society. In view of the existing situation, the education of postgraduate employment and Sports Postgraduates Employment as the research object by using the method of literature, interview, comparative study, questionnaire and mathematical statistics method, to analyze the current graduate employment status, then the master of the Beijing Sport University graduate employment situation analysis, to further understand the direction of Beijing Sport University track and field graduate employment status. The conclusions are as follows: 12013--2016 of the Beijing Sport University track and field research the direction of students' employment rate decreased year by year, the employment situation is not optimistic about the.2, the Beijing Sport University track and field direction. Postgraduate study in the region and the post job options are too concentrated, the concept of employment is not reasonable.3, social setting and professional courses postgraduate students of the Beijing Sport University track and field direction of the needs of employers from.4, Beijing Sport University graduate school athletics period by indirect employment guidance is relatively small. In view of the above problems, this article proposes several the corresponding countermeasures: 1. the school should improve the training mechanism; 2. reasonable curriculum; 3. to strengthen the employment guidance; 4. graduate students to improve their comprehensive quality; 5. employers regulate behavior.
