【摘要】：自媒体时代,互联网技术的不断推陈出新,改变了人们传统的沟通方式,扩宽了人们的视野和社会交往能力。高校学生是自媒体客户端最为庞大的用户群体,对于这个特殊群体,加大对他们的指导尤为重要,有助于高校学生网络素养的培养。自媒体时代,高校学生主动掌握了话语权,微博、微信、直播行业的兴起,高校学生成为网络热点事件的接受者与参与者;但与此同时,也产生了一系列的负面效应,引发了大量关于网络素养问题的讨论。网络道德素养弱、网络甄别素养能力差、网络法律法规不健全和多元化文化思想的冲击等给高校学生网络素养的健康发展带来了隐藏性的风险。在自媒体时代下,网络素养的提高关乎高校学生人生观、价值观和世界观的养成,有利于高校建立一个无害、公正、健康的高校网络环境,明确国家赋予高校学生的职责和担当所在。本文采用了问卷调查法、个案研究法和文献综述法对自媒体时代高校学生网络素养进行研究。通过总结梳理国内外关于自媒体和网络素养的研究理论,对自媒体和网络素养的概念和特点进行了定义。为了使研究更加透彻和具有说服力,对山西六所高校的470名高校学生发放了问卷调查,通过对网络道德素养、网络安全素养、网络甄别素养、网络法律素养和网络自我管理素养进行了深入调查研究,理论基础与实践基础相结合的模式,可以看出高校学生网络素养的成因和存在的问题,并针对所存在的问题提出了切合实际的解决方案。政府要健全法律法规制度和监管力度;社会要弘扬马克思主义理论的价值观和坚持中国特色社会主义建设;高校要加强网络素养教育,开设网络素养教育课程,加强网络文化建设和网络素养评价体系的建立;社会媒体要加强舆论的正确引导;高校学生要加强网络的自我修养,树立正确的人生价值观、自我辨别能力、自我道德修养和人际关系的交流沟通。全文以互联网时代自媒体的研究为背景,以高校学生为研究现状,以实际调查问卷为切入点,以提高高校学生网络素养为目的,只有这样才能弥补自媒体的缺失,提高高校学生的网络素养,促进国家网络安全的治理,推动中国特色社会主义文化的建设。
[Abstract]:Since the media era, the Internet technology has changed the traditional way of communication, broadened people's vision and social communication ability. College students are the largest user group of self-media clients. For this special group, increasing the guidance to them is particularly important, which is helpful to the cultivation of college students' network literacy. Since the media era, college students have taken the initiative to master the right to speak, Weibo, WeChat, the rise of the industry. College students become the recipients and participants of network hot events; But at the same time, it also has a series of negative effects, which leads to a lot of discussion about network literacy. The network moral literacy is weak, the network discrimination literacy ability is poor. The imperfect laws and regulations of the network and the impact of diverse cultural thoughts have brought hidden risks to the healthy development of college students' network literacy. In the era of self-media, the improvement of network literacy is related to college students' outlook on life. The cultivation of values and world outlook is conducive to the establishment of a harmless, fair and healthy network environment for colleges and universities, and to clarify the responsibilities and responsibilities assigned to university students by the state. Case study and literature review on the self-media era of college students' network literacy. Through summing up and combing the domestic and foreign research theory on self-media and network literacy. In order to make the research more thorough and persuasive, 470 college students in six universities in Shanxi province were investigated by questionnaire. Through the network moral literacy, network security literacy, network screening literacy, network legal literacy and network self-management literacy in-depth investigation and research, theoretical and practical basis of the combination of the model. Social media should strengthen the correct guidance of public opinion; College students should strengthen their self-cultivation on the Internet, establish correct values of life, self-discrimination, self-moral self-cultivation and interpersonal communication.
