应用型本科动物医学专业生物统计学模块化教学构想

【摘要】：为了进一步推进动物医学专业模块化教学进程,要深化教学改革,实现以能力培养为导向的应用型教育的转变。笔者通过对生物统计学课程的研究,结合课程定位和目标定位,将生物统计学划分为统计学科认知模块、资料整理与描述统计模块、数据统计分析模块、试验设计模块和电脑数据分析模块等5个知识模块,规定了各模块的职能和知识结构,进而提炼出每个模块的应用性要点,最后对生物统计学模块化教学实施中的教材、教学方法和考核办法等问题进行了分析思考。模块化教学法用于生物统计学教学实践不仅是可行的,而且在突出能力培养和应用型培养目标方面都是较好的教学模式。
[Abstract]:In order to further promote the process of modular teaching in animal medicine, we should deepen the teaching reform and realize the transformation of applied education oriented by ability training. Combined with curriculum orientation and target positioning, biostatistics is divided into statistical subject cognitive module, data collation and description statistical module, data statistical analysis module. Experimental design module and computer data analysis module, such as five knowledge modules, defined the functions and knowledge structure of each module, and then extracted the key points of application of each module. Finally, this paper analyzes and ponders over the teaching materials, teaching methods and examination methods in the implementation of modularized teaching of biostatistics. It is not only feasible to apply the modular teaching method to the teaching practice of biostatistics. Moreover, it is a better teaching mode in the aspect of emphasizing ability training and practical cultivation.
