【摘要】：专业认同是个人对自身专业基本状况的认识并在思想上体现为接纳和承认,伴随着积极行动回应的过程。硕士研究生是社会发展的重要人才,而硕士研究生对专业认同的高低会直接影响其学习态度和学习行为,甚至影响未来的发展。因此,研究思想政治教育专业硕士研究生的专业认同,一方面有助于思想政治教育专业硕士研究生自身的发展,另一方面也有利于提高我国高等教育质量。本文主要围绕思想政治教育专业硕士研究生这一课题进行系统的分析和研究。研究在借鉴相关理论成果以及问卷编制的基础上对杭州市114名思想政治教育专业硕士研究生进行问卷调查,并随机选择部分同学进行访谈以弥补问卷的不足。通过对问卷调查结果以及访谈结果的分析发现,思想政治教育专业硕士研究生专业认同总体水平较高,但具体来看,在专业认知、专业情感和专业行为纬度还是存在一定问题:缺乏对专业的兴趣;学习态度不积极、行动力不足;对专业地位、未来就业缺少信心。文章从个人、专业以及社会三个方面解释存在这些问题的原因,并在最后针对存在问题,分别从个人、学校和社会出发提出能够提高思想政治教育专业硕士研究生专业认同的有效措施。结合以上论述,要提高思想政治教育专业硕士研究生专业认同,不仅要依靠改善学校对专业的建设,提高社会对专业的重视,更要从自身出发,形成积极的学习态度。
[Abstract]:Professional identity is a personal understanding of the basic status of their professional and reflects the acceptance and recognition in thought, along with the process of positive action in response. Postgraduates are important talents for social development, and graduate students on professional identity level will directly affect the learning attitude and learning behavior, and even affect the future development therefore, the study of Ideological and political education of postgraduate professional identity, on the one hand help graduate ideological and political education of students in their own development, but also conducive to improve the quality of higher education in China. This paper focuses on the study of graduate ideological and political education of students in the subject of systematic analysis and study research in reference to related theory and based on the questionnaire conducted a questionnaire survey of 114 Hangzhou city of Ideological and political education of postgraduates, and randomly selected part Students were interviewed to make up for the lack of questionnaire. Based on the analysis of the results of a questionnaire survey and interview results found that the ideological political education graduate students overall level of professional identity is higher, but the specific point of view, in the professional cognition, professional emotion and professional behavior also exists some problems: latitude is the lack of professional interest; learning attitude positive action is insufficient; on professional status, lack of confidence in future employment. The article from the three aspects of personal, professional and social reasons to explain the existence of these problems, and at last, in view of the existing problems, from individuals, schools and society to put forward effective measures to improve the Graduate Political Education Professional Students' professional identity with thought. The above discussion, to improve the ideological and political education of graduate students' professional identity, not only to improve the school of professional construction rely on, improve the society of College The attention of the industry should start from itself and form a positive learning attitude.
