【摘要】：大学生社会主义核心价值观教育是高校思想政治教育的重要命题之一。增强大学生社会主义核心价值观教育实效性的难点在于如何使社会主义核心价值观入学生的脑、进学生的心。为此,社会主义核心价值观教育要与大学生的现实状况紧密联系,针对大学生的身心发展规律和特点开展教育。分层教育理论正是基于教育对象的层次性和差异性特征而提出来的,它蕴含着丰富的内容。因此,本文以“大学生社会主义核心价值观分层教育”为研究课题,找到分层教育理论与大学生社会主义核心价值观教育之间的契合点,这对于提升大学生社会主义核心价值观教育的实效性具有十分重要的现实意义。全文共分为三个部分:第一部分:大学生社会主义核心价值观分层教育的基础理论,包括内涵、特征、作用及依据几个方面的内容。在分析了分层、分层教育等概念的内涵基础上,逐步推导出大学社会主义核心价值观分层教育的内涵,并由此剖析其特征和作用。从马克思主义理论、思想政治教育学、教育心理学等角度发掘与本研究密切相关的理论依据,并提出了现实依据和政策依据,由此为本研究提供支撑。第二部分:大学生社会主义核心价值观分层教育存在的问题及原因分析。本部分通过对部分高校的思想政治理论课教师进行访谈和问卷调查,指出了在思想政治理论课中大学生社会主义核心价值观分层教育存在问题的主要表现,即教育目标较为笼统缺乏层级性;教育内容较为粗放缺乏侧重与梯度;教育方法较为单一缺乏多样性;教育评价较为含糊缺乏科学性。然后,对存在的问题进行了原因分析,即部分高校思想政治理论课教师自身素质不足;高校实施分层教育的条件保障还不成熟;大学生社会主义核心价值观教育的评价机制不完善。第三部分:大学生社会主义核心价值观分层教育的对策分析。针对大学生社会主义核心价值观分层教育存在的问题与原因,从原则、策略、教师素质、外部环境四个方面提出了大学生社会主义核心价值观分层教育的对策,即明确大学生社会主义核心价值观分层教育的原则;掌握大学生社会主义核心价值观分层教育的具体实施策略;提高思想政治理论课教师自身素质;优化大学生社会主义核心价值观分层教育的环境。
[Abstract]:The education of socialist core values of college students is one of the important propositions of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
