上海市民办高校新教师入职培训需求调查研究

【摘要】:随着我国高等教育大众化进程的加快,民办高校在人才培养中也扮演着越来越重要的角色。根据中华人民共和国教育部政府门户网站《全国教育事业发展统计公报》统计显示今年来民办高校的学校数量、招生人数、在校生人数均呈现上涨趋势。民办高等教育的蓬勃发展也使得新教师不断补充到民办高校教师队伍中来。在关于教师教育的研究中发现,新教师的入职初期是影响教师职业生涯发展的关键时期,良好的职业生涯开端直接影响到教师今后的从教心态。师资力量作为高校人才培养的核心力量,做好新教师入职培训,建设一支高水平的教师队伍是高校竞争力的核心,也是保证民办高校人才培养质量的必要保障。民办高校新教师入职培训可以为教师的职业生涯开端做好铺垫,帮助教师更好的融入到工作环境。对民办高校新教师进行有效的岗前培训,首先要结合民办高校教师的岗位要求,分析民办高校新教师的培训需求,即当前民办高校发展的具体情形下,对于高校新教师有哪些方面的素质要求,民办高校新教师要达到哪些素质要求才能为学校培养出合格人才,承担起高校人才培养、学术研究、服务社会的任务。本文基于上海市民办高校新教师入职培训项目,探讨了民办高校新教师在入职培训时应具备的各方面素质要求,调查了新教师对于不同方面知识的需求程度,同时对民办高校新教师入职培训提出合理建议,为加快建设民办高校教师新队伍,提升民办高校新教师入职培训的质量提供理论和实践指导。本研究以参与上海市民办高校新教师入职培训项目的新教师为研究对象,通过问卷法和访谈法,分析民办高校新教师的在培训内容方面的不同需求程度及需求差异,并将调研结果与当前上海市民办高校新教师培训项目中的课程实际内容相对比,为民办高校教师培训的提出对策建议。通过调研发现,民办高校新教师对于入职培训内容的总体需求程度较高,但是在高校新教师应具备的教师素养培训内容上的需求程度是存在差异的,其中新教师对于教学技能素养及专业知识素养方面的培训内容的需求较高;此外通过统计分析还发现教师教龄对于师德素养的需求和不同课程教授类型的教师对于科研素养的需求这两组变量中存在显著性差异。根据实际调研结果,将调研中的新教师内容与当前民办高校新教师入职项目中的培训内容相对比,根据二者差异提出合理建议,完善培训内容,提升高校教师培训的实效性,为促进高校师资队伍建设提供理论和实践性指导。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of popularization of higher education in China, Non-governmental colleges and universities are also playing an increasingly important role in personnel training. According to the statistics of the National Statistical Bulletin on Educational Development, the portal of the Ministry of Education of the people's Republic of China, statistics show the number of private colleges and universities and the number of students enrolled this year. The number of students in schools is on the rise. The vigorous development of private higher education also makes new teachers to add to the ranks of teachers in private colleges and universities. The beginning of a new teacher is a key period that affects the development of the teacher's career, and the beginning of a good career will directly affect the teacher's attitude towards teaching in the future. As the core force of talent training in colleges and universities, teachers should do a good job in the induction training of new teachers. Building a high level of teachers is the core of the competitiveness of colleges and universities, and it is also the necessary guarantee to ensure the quality of talents training in private colleges and universities. The induction training of new teachers in private colleges and universities can pave the way for the beginning of teachers' career. To help teachers better integrate into the working environment. To conduct effective pre-job training for new teachers in private colleges and universities, first of all, we should analyze the training needs of new teachers in private colleges and universities in the light of the post requirements of teachers in private colleges and universities. That is, under the specific circumstances of the development of private colleges and universities, what are the quality requirements of new teachers in colleges and universities, and what quality requirements should they meet in order to cultivate qualified talents for the schools and undertake the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities? Academic research, the task of serving the society. Based on the entry training project of new teachers in private colleges and universities in Shanghai, this paper discusses the quality requirements of new teachers in private colleges and universities. This paper investigates the demand of new teachers for different aspects of knowledge, and at the same time puts forward reasonable suggestions for the induction training of new teachers in private colleges and universities, in order to speed up the construction of a new contingent of teachers in private colleges and universities. To improve the quality of new teachers' induction training in private colleges and universities to provide theoretical and practical guidance. This paper analyzes the different demands and demands of new teachers in private colleges and universities, and compares the results of the investigation with the actual contents of the courses in the new teacher training projects of private colleges and universities in Shanghai. Through the investigation and research, it is found that the total demand of the new teachers of private colleges and universities for the contents of induction training is high. However, there is a difference in the demand for the content of teacher literacy training for new teachers in colleges and universities, among which the new teachers have a higher demand for the training content of teaching skills and professional knowledge literacy. In addition, it is also found that there are significant differences between the demands of teachers' teaching age for teachers' moral literacy and the demands of teachers of different types of curriculum professors for scientific research literacy through statistical analysis. This paper compares the new teachers' contents in the investigation with the training contents in the current new teachers' entry project in private colleges and universities, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions according to the differences between the two, so as to improve the training contents and enhance the actual effect of the teachers' training in colleges and universities. To promote the construction of teachers in colleges and universities to provide theoretical and practical guidance.
