基于工作过程导向的应用型旅游本科专业课程设计研究

【摘要】:大力发展应用型旅游本科教育已经成为旅游高等教育改革的方向。在应用型旅游本科专业人才培养中,课程设计是不可缺少的核心环节。由于我国旅游教育起步较晚、师资力量一度较为薄弱等原因,旅游专业课程设计在一定程度上采用了“移植”、“嫁接”相关学科的方法,致使其自身的特点没有显现出来。时至今日,旅游专业的课程设计与教学依旧存在诸多弊端,如在课程设计中,忽视对学生职业能力的培养,与实际脱节,致使学生在就业时无法满足用人单位的需求,导致旅游本科人才培养与行业需求的严重“供需错位”。工作过程导向理论是以学生未来的工作为导向,将工作情景引入教学课堂的一种教育理论,它旨在使学生成为具有方法能力、专业能力和社会能力的高技能、高素质的应用型人才,符合应用型旅游本科人才培养的发展方向。本文以工作过程导向理论为基础,较为全面、系统地研究了基于工作过程导向的应用型旅游本科专业课程设计模式及其应用。首先,通过梳理国内外文献对相关概念进行界定,阐释了工作过程导向理论,为论文研究奠定理论基础。其次,利用调查问卷的方法归纳分析了当前应用型旅游本科专业课程设计现状与问题,研究工作过程导向理论运用到应用型旅游本科专业的必要性和可行性。再次,通过综合模糊评价法和因子分析法筛选出应用型旅游本科专业课程设计的构成要素,将构成要素与工作过程导向理论的“三维度”、“六要素”、“六步骤”进行整合,构建出由两个主系统和三个子系统所组成的基于工作过程导向的应用型旅游本科专业课程设计模式,并分析了模式的作用机制和实施的条件保障。最后,是基于工作过程导向的应用型旅游本科专业课程设计模式的应用。以应用型旅游本科中的《前厅与客房服务管理》专业课程为例,结合课程自身的内容和特点,将工作过程导向课程设计模式运用到该课程中,设计出具有工作过程导向特点的课程,阐述模式实施的程序和注意事项。本文通过创新地将工作过程导向理论引入应用型旅游本科课程设计中,构建了应用型旅游本科课程设计模式,旨在为应用型旅游本科人才培养探索新的途径,促进旅游本科人才培养与行业需求的有效对接。
[Abstract]:Vigorously developing applied tourism undergraduate education has become the direction of tourism higher education reform. Course design is an indispensable core link in the cultivation of applied tourism undergraduate students. At one time, the teaching staff was relatively weak. To a certain extent, the curriculum design of tourism specialty adopted the method of "transplantation" and "grafting", which resulted in its own characteristics not showing up. Up to now, the curriculum design of tourism major has adopted the method of "transplanting" and "grafting" to a certain extent. There are still many drawbacks in the course design and teaching of tourism major, such as neglecting the cultivation of students' professional ability in the course design, which is out of touch with the actual situation, which results in the students being unable to meet the needs of employers when they are employed. As a result of the serious "mismatch of supply and demand" between the cultivation of tourism undergraduate talents and the needs of the industry, the theory of work process orientation is an educational theory that introduces the work situation into the teaching classroom, which is guided by the students' future work. It aims to make students become high-skilled and high-quality applied talents with method ability, professional ability and social ability, and accord with the developing direction of applied tourism undergraduate talents. This paper is based on the theory of work process orientation. This paper comprehensively and systematically studies the applied tourism undergraduate course design model and its application based on the work process orientation. First, through combing the domestic and foreign literature to define the relevant concepts, it explains the work process guidance theory. Secondly, using the method of questionnaire to summarize and analyze the current situation and problems of applied tourism undergraduate course design. The necessity and feasibility of applying the working process oriented theory to the applied tourism undergraduate specialty are studied. Thirdly, through the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method and the factor analysis method, the elements of the applied tourism undergraduate course design are selected. By integrating the "three dimensions", "six elements" and "six steps" of the theory of work process guidance, the author constructs a course design model of applied tourism undergraduate course based on work process orientation, which is composed of two main systems and three subsystems. And analyzed the mode of action mechanism and implementation of the conditions of security. Finally, It is the application of the applied tourism undergraduate course design pattern based on the work process orientation. Taking the specialized course "Front Room and Room Service Management" in the applied tourism undergraduate course as an example, combining the contents and characteristics of the course itself, The work process oriented course design pattern is applied to the course, and the course with the characteristics of work process orientation is designed. This paper introduces the working process guidance theory into the applied tourism undergraduate course design, and constructs the applied tourism undergraduate course design mode by introducing the work process guidance theory into the applied tourism undergraduate course design. The purpose of this paper is to explore new ways for the cultivation of applied tourism undergraduate talents, and to promote the effective connection between the cultivation of tourism undergraduate talents and the needs of the industry.
