大学生手机依赖现象研究

【摘要】:手机在人们生活中始终扮演着重要角色。手机具有的交流便捷性、互动及时性、获取信息快速性以及信息庞大性的特点使得手机逐步受到人们的青睐,逐步成为人们生活中的必需品。大学生作为当今社会中相对具有高知识层面、高素质的年轻群体,更加适应社会环境的变化,对于新技术的接纳较为快速,而手机所具有的强大功能使得它逐步深入到大学生的日常生活中去并且进一步成为大学生生活的必备品,手机虽然给我们的工作、学习及生活带来了较大便利,但是手机的频繁使用也导致了一系列社会问题的出现,诸如:手机依赖、手机成瘾、驾驶安全甚至产生心理问题等。笔者通过对大学生进行问卷调查、参与式观察和无结构访谈的研究方法试图分析大学生手机依赖现象,以马斯洛需求层次理论为研究基础,结合大学生日常使用手机的时间、场合以及心理等实际情况,分析大学生手机依赖的现状、原因以及手机依赖给大学生带来的影响。研究结果表明:第一,大学生总体上都有手机依赖现象。大学生不分年级、性别、学院等条件的差异,均有一定程度上的手机依赖现象;大学生手机依赖现象随着年级的不同成“倒V”字分布:大一学生对手机的依赖程度较低,大二学生的手机依赖程度最严重,大三、大四及以上学生手机依赖程度相对较低;场合和时间影响了大学生的手机依赖情况:闲暇时间手机依赖情况较严重。第二,大学生手机依赖现象的产生多是因为个人需求的驱使。手机上的各类软件满足了大学生生理、安全、社交、尊重和自我实现的需求,是大学生手机依赖现象产生的重要因素,其中,社交需求是大学生手机依赖的最重要的原因。第三,大学生在虚拟世界与现实世界中的表现差距较大。虚拟世界的隐蔽性和自由性与现实世界的公开性和约束性形成对比,大学生在虚拟世界中较自由,在现实世界中较拘束,大学生在二者之间的表现差异较大。第四,手机依赖本身是不合理的,但不能忽略手机带来的好处。手机依赖这种现象本身是不合理的,但是我们不能忽略手机给大学生带来的好处:它使得移动生活、移动学习成为了可能;成为大学生从学校向社会转变的重要工具,更是大学生全面展示自我的载体。
[Abstract]:Mobile phone has always played an important role in people's life. It has the characteristics of convenient communication, timely interaction, quick access to information and huge information. College students, as young groups with relatively high knowledge and high quality, are more adaptable to the changes of social environment, and accept new technologies more quickly. And the powerful function of mobile phone makes it gradually go deep into the daily life of college students and become a necessary part of college students' life. Although mobile phone has brought us great convenience in our work, study and life, However, the frequent use of mobile phones has also led to a series of social problems, such as cell phone dependence, mobile phone addiction, driving safety and even psychological problems. The research methods of participatory observation and unstructured interview attempt to analyze the phenomenon of cell phone dependence of college students, based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, combining with the actual situation of the time, situation and psychology of college students' daily use of mobile phone. This paper analyzes the current situation of cell phone dependence of college students, the reasons and the influence of cell phone dependence on college students. The results show that: first, the phenomenon of cell phone dependence exists in college students in general. The phenomenon of cell phone dependence of college students is "inverted V" with different grades: the degree of dependence of freshmen on mobile phones is low, and the degree of cell phone dependence of sophomores is the most serious. The degree of cell phone dependence of senior students and above is relatively low; the situation and time affect the situation of cell phone dependence of college students: the situation of mobile phone dependence in leisure time is more serious. Second, The phenomenon of cell phone dependence of college students is mostly driven by personal needs. All kinds of software on the mobile phone meet the needs of college students' physiology, security, social interaction, respect and self-realization, which are the important factors of the phenomenon of college students' mobile phone dependence. Among them, social needs are the most important reason why college students rely on mobile phones. Third, The difference between the performance of college students in the virtual world and the real world is great. The concealment and freedom of the virtual world are in contrast with the openness and constraint of the real world, and the university students are more free in the virtual world and more restrained in the real world. There is a big difference between the two. 4th, cell phone dependence itself is unreasonable, but the benefits of mobile phone can not be ignored. The phenomenon of cell phone dependence itself is unreasonable. However, we can not ignore the benefits of mobile phone to college students: it makes mobile life and mobile learning possible; it becomes an important tool for college students to change from school to society, and it is also the carrier for college students to show themselves in an all-round way.
