双师协同教学模式的设计与应用

【摘要】:近年来,学校的课堂教学中出现了学生"抬头率"不高,人在教室、心在室外的现象。这其实反映出在课堂教学中,教师与学生的互动频率不高,教师的授课单调乏味,学生对教师的授课方式和风格不太认同等问题。另外,有研究指出在当前教育硕士培养的过程中,存在着实践能力培养不足等问题。为了提高学生在课堂中的"抬头率",提高教育硕士的实践能力,本研究提出并构建了双师协同教学模式,并在某校《多媒体交互界面设计》课程中进行了为期13周的教学实践。双师协同教学模式是一种由研究生教师与资深教师合作的教学组织形式,两位教师共同完成教学计划的制定,共同参与课堂教学,共同完成对学生的学习指导与评价。通过对课程教学录音采用S-T分析法进行分析,发现本模式下的课堂交互类型为混合型,其中师生活动比例相当;通过对学生主动回答问题数量、学生课堂笔记和学生课后作业质量等情况进行统计分析,发现在该模式下学生能够有效地参与课堂教学。本研究将教学效果用笔记基础、笔记创意、回答问题、作业基础、作业创意、作业分享、交互设计水平、交互设计创意等8个变量进行表征和计量,通过相关分析以及回归分析,发现在双师协同教学模式下,影响期末交互设计水平的主要因素是作业达到教师要求的情况、作业创意情况以及学生主动回答问题情况;影响学生交互设计创意的主要因素是学生在课后作业中的发挥创意的情况。本研究为协同教学的实践者提供参考,为协同教学的应用提供教学实践案例,为培养教育硕士研究生的教育教学能力提供一种新模式。

In order to improve the practice ability of the students in the classroom" rise rate, improve education practice ability, this study puts forward teachers' cooperative teaching mode, and multimedia interactive interface in a school. Design "course has carried on the teaching practice for 13 weeks. Teachers' cooperative teaching mode is a graduate of teachers and senior teachers' cooperation in the form of teaching organization, making two teachers to complete teaching plan, participate in classroom teaching Learn to complete learning guidance and evaluation of students. Through the course of teaching recording and analyzed by S-T method, the mode of the classroom interaction type is mixed, of which a considerable proportion of the activities between teachers and students; take the initiative to answer the question on the number of students by students, class notes and student homework quality were analyzed, found that students in this mode can effectively participate in classroom teaching. This study notes, with teaching notes creativity, answer questions, work basis, work ideas, work sharing, interactive design level, characterization and measurement of interaction design and creative 8 variables, through the correlation analysis and regression analysis, it is found that cooperative teaching mode in the double, the main factors influencing the final level of interaction design is to meet the teachers' requirements of the operation, operation and creative students take the initiative to answer the question. Condition; main factors affecting students' creative interaction design is the student's homework in the creative situation. This study provides reference for practitioners of collaborative teaching, provide teaching practice case for application of collaborative teaching, provides a new mode for the education of postgraduate education and teaching ability.
