压力式喷嘴雾化特性测定实验装置

【摘要】:为更好理解燃料雾化特性对于燃烧过程的影响,以微型燃气轮机喷嘴组为研究对象,搭建了喷嘴雾化特性测定实验装置。实验装置主要针对压力式喷嘴设计,在测量方法上,选用可视化的图像处理技术作为雾化参数测定手段。通过对拍摄得到的雾化颗粒的投影图像经过图像处理和特征提取,得到颗粒的粒径和浓度信息。测试实验结果,颗粒粒径测试结果与产品厂家提供参数相近,结果可信,也表明该实验装置可用于研究喷嘴组雾化特性。
[Abstract]:In order to better understand the influence of fuel atomization characteristics on the combustion process, an experimental device for measuring atomization characteristics of micro gas turbine nozzles is set up, which is mainly designed for pressure nozzles. Visual image processing technology is used as a means to measure atomization parameters. Through image processing and feature extraction, the particle size and concentration information are obtained. The results of particle size measurement are similar to the parameters provided by the manufacturer and the results are reliable. It also shows that the experimental device can be used to study the atomization characteristics of the nozzle group.
