档案学专业创新创业人才培养模式探索

【摘要】：创新创业人才培养是新时期赋予高等档案教育的新任务。本文以山东大学档案学专业在创新创业人才培养方面的思考及实践为例,提出要转变档案学专业人才培养理念,在创新创业教育背景下积极构建新的人才培养模式,分析了"2+1"创新创业人才培养模式的主要内容及特点,并就专业课程体系建设、专业教师创新创业教育教学能力培养及共建创新创业实践教育基地等关键问题进行了具体探讨,以期为档案学专业人才培养模式的构建、创新创业人才教育基地的建设提供借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:Innovative talent training is a new task of higher education in the new period. This paper archives to Shandong University archives of professional training in innovation and entrepreneurship, thinking and practice as an example, the paper proposes to change the archives of professional talent training ideas, in the background of innovation education under the positive construction of new personnel training pattern, analyzes the main content and the characteristics of the training mode of "2+1 innovative talents, and the construction of the curriculum system, the key problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education professional teachers teaching ability and build innovation and entrepreneurship education practice base are discussed, with a view to the archives of professional talent training model, to provide reference for the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education base.
