教与研的关联——基于一所普通高校的实证分析

【摘要】：针对一所教学型普通高校教师教学与科研业绩之间的关联性展开实证分析,并区分了影响两者关联性的因素(教师所处的职业生涯阶段和个人能力)以及科研成果的三种分类(著作类、C类及以上和D类期刊论文)。结果表明,教学业绩与三类科研成果之间均存在着明显的正向关联,特别是与著作类成果的关联尤为显著。此外,教学与科研间的正向关联,并不会因教师所处的职业生涯阶段而不同,但的确会因教师个人能力之间存在的差异而有所不同。
[Abstract]:An empirical analysis is carried out on the relationship between teaching and scientific research performance of a teaching-oriented college teacher. It also distinguishes between the factors that influence their correlation (the teacher's career stage and personal ability) and the three categories of scientific research achievements (literature category C and above and D type journals and papers). The results show that, There is an obvious positive correlation between teaching performance and three kinds of scientific research achievements, especially with the achievement of books. In addition, the positive correlation between teaching and scientific research does not vary with the stage of the teacher's career. But it does vary according to the differences between teachers' individual abilities.
