大学生自我责任感现状及对策分析

【摘要】：自十一届三中全会以来,我们的生活环境较之于以往有较大的变化,各种思想和价值观开始进入了我们的日常生活,这也对大学生的责任产生了较大的影响。当代大学生是我国社会的接班人,同时也是中国发展的主要支柱力量,他们在社会主义现代化建设中的使命感较强。所以,对大学生自我责任感的现状进行了解,明确其本身的意义,以及对问题的成因和对策进行全面的研究,可以较好地促进大学生自我责任感的提升,同时也可以帮助大学生在未来实现快速地成长。本文分为三个部分:第一部分主要阐述了大学生自我责任感的内涵及价值阐释。本部分主要是对责任与责任感,自我责任感的内涵及其与社会责任感之间的关联,大学生自我责任感的内涵和构成要素,以及对大学生责任感的培养意义进行了相应的研究,以便为大学生自我责任感问题的解决奠定坚实的基础。第二部是对大学生自我责任感的发展现状进行了分析。通过一些相关的问卷和调查所取得的各种权威的数据,对当前大学生自我责任感现状进行了分析,并对其中的问题提出了对策,为实现大学生自我责任感的全面培养奠定了基础。第三部分主要是根据前面的原因分析,提出了相应的发展对策。在对当代大学生自我责任感中存在的问题以及原因分析的基础上,从课堂教学、社会实践、学生主体、培育环境四个方面提出培养当代大学生自我责任感的相关对策,以期帮助大学生提高自我责任感,促进大学生的全面发展。当代大学生只有具备了高度的自我责任感,具备了高尚的思想道德素养,明确自己所需要承担的相应责任和义务,以实现其价值,然后由此出发把自己的责任意识和社会责任感联系起来,为建设中国特色社会主义和实现中华民族的全面复兴而不懈努力。
[Abstract]:Since the third Plenary session of the Eleventh Central Committee, our living environment has changed greatly compared with the past. Various ideas and values have begun to enter our daily life. This has also had a great impact on the responsibility of college students. Contemporary college students are the successors of our society and the mainstay of China's development. They have a strong sense of mission in the socialist modernization drive. To understand the present situation of college students' self-responsibility, to make clear its own meaning, and to make a comprehensive study on the causes and countermeasures of the problems, can promote the promotion of college students' self-responsibility. This paper is divided into three parts: the first part mainly expounds the connotation and value of college students' self-responsibility. This part is mainly about responsibility and responsibility. The connotation of the sense of self-responsibility and its relation with the sense of social responsibility, the connotation and elements of the sense of self-responsibility of college students, and the significance of cultivating the sense of responsibility of college students are studied. In order to lay a solid foundation for solving the problem of self-responsibility of college students. The second part is to analyze the current situation of self-responsibility of college students. This paper analyzes the present situation of college students' self-responsibility, and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems, which lays a foundation for the all-round cultivation of college students' self-responsibility. The third part is mainly based on the analysis of the reasons mentioned above. On the basis of the analysis of the problems and causes in the sense of self-responsibility of contemporary college students, the author puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures from the aspects of classroom teaching, social practice, students' main body, and so on. In order to help college students to improve their sense of self-responsibility and promote their all-round development, four aspects of cultivating environment are put forward in order to help them improve their sense of self-responsibility, which is the only way for contemporary college students to have a high sense of self-responsibility. Having noble ideological and moral qualities, defining the corresponding responsibilities and obligations that one needs to undertake in order to realize their value, and then starting from this, linking one's own sense of responsibility to one's sense of social responsibility. Unremitting efforts have been made to build socialism with Chinese characteristics and to realize the overall rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
