大学生网络公开课自主学习影响因素探究

【摘要】：网络公开课能够提供国内外名校教授课程所使用的主要优质教学材料,使学习者能够使用这些资料满足自身知识增长的需要。要想真正高效地利用这些资源,需要学习者具备较高的自主学习能力。本研究旨在调查分析影响大学生网络公开课的自主学习效果的因素,以探求提高网络公开课自主学习效果的方法。本研究采用了质性研究和量化研究相结合的方法。研究选取了上海西南部的四所不同类型的高校中的518名在校大学生作为研究对象。通过对所收集的数据进行SPSS数据分析,研究者发现,利用网络公开课进行自主学习的现象在大学生中较为普遍,学习者对网络公开课的学习持有乐观态度。为了进一步了解大学生学习网络公开课的情况及学习效果的影响因素,研究还选取了14名网络公开课的自主学习者进行访谈。访谈结果显示,大学生进行网络公开课的学习主要是出于内在动机,目的是通过公开课的学习拓宽知识面,拓展视野。同时,访谈结果也表明,学生在网络公开课学习过程中,自控力较差,缺乏系统的规划及需要教师的帮助和指导。通过对研究结果的分析,笔者发现,网络公开课自主学习者的学习策略的使用、自主学习者的意志水平、学习动机、自我效能感、目标设置及网络因素和教师的指导都对学生的网络公开课学习效果产生影响。因此,研究者认为,学生应该提高自主学习意识,合理制定学习计划,增强网络自主学习效能感,并时时监控学习过程,及时评估学习效果。在网络公开课的学习上,教师应该给予学生引导和支持,加强对学生学习策略方面的指导和公开课资源的推荐。
[Abstract]:Open online courses can provide the main quality teaching materials used by famous schools at home and abroad, and enable learners to use these materials to meet the needs of their own knowledge growth. In order to make real and efficient use of these resources, The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the factors that affect the self-regulated learning effect of college students. In order to explore ways to improve the effect of autonomous learning in online open courses, this study adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative studies. The study selected 518 universities from four different types of universities in southwestern Shanghai. By analyzing the collected data with SPSS data, The researchers found that the use of online open classes for autonomous learning is more common among college students. Learners are optimistic about the study of online open classes. In order to further understand the situation of college students in learning online open classes and the influence factors of learning effect, The study also selected 14 independent learners of online open class for interviews. The results show that the main motivation of college students to learn online open classes is to broaden their knowledge through open learning. At the same time, the results of the interview also show that the students have poor self-control, lack of systematic planning and the help and guidance of teachers in the process of learning online open classes. Through the analysis of the results of the research, the author finds that, The use of learning strategies, the level of will, motivation, self-efficacy of autonomous learners, The goal setting, the network factor and the teacher's instruction all have the influence to the student's study effect of the network open lesson. Therefore, the researcher thinks, the student should raise the autonomous learning consciousness, make the study plan reasonably, enhance the self-study efficiency sense of the network. Teachers should give guidance and support to students and strengthen the guidance of students' learning strategies and the recommendation of open class resources.
