提升高校文艺活动的思想政治教育功效研究

【摘要】：近十余年来,我国高校持续扩招,新生人数连创新高,随之而来是大学校园生活的日新月异,诸多缤纷多彩校园文艺活动遍地开花,如同雨后春笋一般,极大丰富着校园生活的趣味性。而随着文艺活动开展频率与日俱增,举办规模不断扩大,内容日趋丰富,在无形之中对学生思想政治教育产生了潜移默化影响。然而,科技在进步,时代在发展,环境在变化,共同推动着人们生活方式与生活理念的变革,尤其是在高校学生群体中,学生年龄层次、思想意识与心理状态均表现出明显差异性。鉴于高校思想政治教育在人才培养中的绝对主导地位,对大学生文艺活动研究势在必行。文章从四个方面进行展开研究:第一部分,对文章研究背景、目的与价值、内容与方法进行简单介绍,着重对本课题国内外研究状况与成果进行阐述。第二部分,相关概念界定。分别概述了高校文艺活动的指导思想和工作原则、基本特征、形式和内容,并对大学生思想政治教育的概念和特点进行了阐述,最后对高校文艺活动对大学生思想政治教育的意义做出了细分描述。给后续课题研究提供理论基础。第三部分,大学文艺活动与思想政治教育融合状况探究。在查阅关联资料基础上,总结了大学文艺活动与思想政治教育融合取得效果,并指出了普遍存在问题与对应原因。第四部分,强化大学文艺活动与思想政治教育融合之途径分析。积极借鉴各方经验,从五个方面进行了探索:品牌活动打造、坚持以人为本基础教育理念、充分利用骨干力量、重视实践调查以及积极文化进行选择性吸收。
[Abstract]:In the past decade or so, Chinese universities have continued to expand their enrollment and the number of new students has reached a record high. With the rapid changes in college campus life, many colorful campus literary and artistic activities have blossomed all over the place, as if they were springing up after a spring rain. It greatly enriches the interest of campus life. However, with the increasing frequency of literary and artistic activities, the scale of the organization is expanding and the content is becoming more and more abundant, it has a subtle influence on the ideological and political education of students. The progress of science and technology, the development of the times and the change of the environment are jointly promoting the transformation of people's way of life and their concept of life, especially in the group of students in colleges and universities, the age level of the students, In view of the absolute dominant position of ideological and political education in the cultivation of talents, it is imperative to study the literary and artistic activities of college students. The research background, purpose and value, contents and methods of this paper are briefly introduced, and the research status and achievements at home and abroad are emphatically expounded. This paper summarizes the guiding ideology and working principles, basic characteristics, forms and contents of literary and artistic activities in colleges and universities, and expounds the concepts and characteristics of ideological and political education for college students. Finally, the significance of literary and artistic activities to college students' ideological and political education is described in detail. The third part provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up research. On the basis of consulting relevant data, this paper sums up the effect of the fusion of literary and artistic activities and ideological and political education in universities, and points out the problems and corresponding reasons. Part 4th, This paper analyzes the ways to strengthen the fusion of literature and art activities in universities and ideological and political education, actively draws lessons from the experiences of all sides, and explores from five aspects: building brand activities, adhering to the idea of people-oriented basic education, and making full use of the backbone strength. Pay attention to practice investigation and selective absorption of positive culture.
