【摘要】：高校是培养和输送中国特色社会主义建设优秀人才的基地。在当前的经济发展状况下,将孔子所倡导的仁爱思想引入到对大学生的思想道德教育过程更符合以人为本、立德树人的时代主题与育人原则。在继承与发扬传统文化的过程中,挖掘传统文化中的人文精神内涵,在高校当中开展仁爱思想教育,使大学生对这一内容形成充分的认识,实现仁爱思想与学生自身价值的相互统一,保障大学生的社会交往活动能够进行,实现价值。使大学生的知识素养提升的同时,道德思想也能够有所提升,以此来为社会和谐发展奠定基础。当然,在高校思想教育当中引入仁爱教育,必须要结合高校的实际情况,从其自身价值角度出发,以发挥其自身的能动性为基础,在符合其心理需求的基础上,建立一个与当前情况相适应的校园文化。在实践活动当中,也要将人文理念融入其中,注重这一观念与大学生自身思想的相互结合,实现教育活动的有效性。品学兼优一直是孔子所倡导的仁爱思想的主要目标,同时也与当代高校思想教育相符合。人才不仅仅要具备较高水平的专业知识,还必须要具备较高的道德素养。两者必须同时存在,如果仅仅具备道德,不具备才华,那么人才是无法获得长期发展的。而如果仅具备才华却不具备道德则更加的危险,这些人往往会利用自己的聪慧损害他人的利益。因此,要想使仁爱教育的效果得到充分的保障,首先要注重对目标的树立,具体来说,应该做到的内容有:一方面,定期开展讲座与讨论会,使大学生对仁爱思想具备一个正确的认识,对这一教育活动的重要性予以充分的把握。对于高校领导来说也必须要从战略的角度入手,结合全局概念,对仁爱思想有一个充分的认识。赋予人才更高的思想道德素质。使高校教育事业得到更好的发展。对于高校教师来说,也要重视对仁爱思想的学习,以此来武装自己,认识到这一思想对人才发展的重要性。在日常的教育当中,注重对孔子思想的充分利用。另一方面,高校要对仁爱思想进行充分利用,在此基础上开展隔离的规划,确定一个明确的发展方向,对制度进行完善,以此为教育活动的顺利开展奠定基础。同时,高校也要根据自身的情况,设立一些专业的课程。以此来对现有体系进行完善,为思想道德教育提供坚实的保障。

For university leaders, it is also necessary to start from a strategic point of view and combine the overall concept. We should have a full understanding of the idea of benevolence. We should give talents a higher ideological and moral quality, so that the cause of higher education can be better developed. For college teachers, we should also attach importance to the study of the idea of benevolence in order to arm ourselves.
