基于目标引领成长模式的大学生学业规划研究

【摘要】：在推进大学生学业规划过程中制订并实施目标引领成长模式,既是高校提升人才培养质量的需要,也是大学生谋求良好生涯发展的关键。高校应当帮助大学生树立明确的引领性学业规划目标,科学梳理学业规划工作路径,通过长短期结合、轻重性统筹的目标引领,高效助推大学生成长、成人与成才。
[Abstract]:In the process of promoting college students' academic planning, it is necessary for colleges and universities to develop and implement the goal-oriented growth model to improve the quality of talent training. It is also the key for college students to pursue good career development. Colleges and universities should help college students to set up clear guiding academic planning goals, scientifically sort out the work path of academic planning, and guide them through the combination of long and short term, as well as the goal of light and heavy overall planning. Promote the growth of college students, adults and talents.
