大学治理新常态下的学生参与创新

【摘要】：大学治理新常态是当下大学发展的一个时代特征的展现。学生作为构成大学的主要部分,显然也是参与大学治理的重要主体之一。但就实践情况来看,学生参与大学治理仍然存在诸多问题,尤其表现为角色的失范与行为的偏移。因此,为适应大学治理新常态的时代要求,有必要从制度建构、组织培育、渠道拓展和主体塑造等方面寻求学生参与创新发展的有效之路。
[Abstract]:The new normal of university governance is a manifestation of the contemporary characteristics of the university development. Students, as the main part of the university, are obviously one of the important subjects participating in the university governance. There are still many problems in the participation of students in university governance, especially in the form of role loss and behavioral deviation. Therefore, in order to meet the requirements of the new normal state of university governance, it is necessary to construct the system and organize the cultivation. To explore the effective way for students to participate in innovation and development in the aspects of channel expansion and main body shaping.
