【摘要】：随着网络信息化时代的飞速发展,利用网络工具占领意识形态领域,成为不同流派、不同信仰、不同政治集团的首选。谁占领了互联网阵地谁就掌握了主动权,谁控制了网络谁就有了话语权。本文的主旨就是要从理论和实践的角度,通过对现状的分析,对未来发展走势的预判,研究如何把高校党政干部和共青团干部、思想政治理论课教师和哲学社会科学课教师、辅导员和班主任、心理健康教育教师和学生骨干等融合到一起,打造合格的网络宣传思想工作队伍,建设成党宣传思想工作的一支重要力量,担负起全面落实新形势下高校宣传思想工作的战略任务。本文试图从高校如何建设一支强有力的网络宣传思想工作队伍,建设一支什么样的网络宣传思想工作队伍,如何使这支队伍发挥应有的作用等等,这些亟待研究、探讨和解决的问题上,在理论层面上探讨研究高校网络宣传思想工作队伍建设的时代价值,基本原则和要求,为进一步丰富高校网络宣传思想工作队伍建设的相关理论,切实为网络宣传和舆论引导工作提供理论支撑;从实践层面上,通过调查和走访,了解和掌握目前高校网络宣传思想工作队伍建设的现状,客观分析近年来高校网络宣传思想工作队伍建设的成绩,效果以及存在问题的原因,在此基础上为高校宣传思想管理部门和政府相关管理部门提供对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of network information age, the use of network tools to occupy the ideological field, become the first choice of different schools, different beliefs, different political groups. Whoever controls the network will have the right to speak. The main purpose of this paper is to study how to put the party and government cadres in colleges and universities and the cadres of the Communist Youth League from the perspective of theory and practice, through the analysis of the current situation, and the prejudgment of the future development trend. Teachers of ideological and political theory, teachers of philosophy and social sciences, counsellors and class teachers, teachers of mental health education and backbone of students are merged together to build a qualified team of network propaganda and ideological work. Building into an important force in the Party's propaganda and ideological work, taking on the strategic task of carrying out the propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities in an all-round way under the new situation, this paper attempts to build a strong network propaganda and ideological work team in colleges and universities. What kind of network propaganda and ideological work team should be built, how to make this team play its due role, and so on? these urgent problems need to be studied, discussed and solved. In order to further enrich the relevant theories of the construction of network propaganda and ideological work team in colleges and universities, this paper probes into the value, basic principles and requirements of the construction of network propaganda and ideological work team in colleges and universities on the theoretical level. To provide theoretical support for the work of network propaganda and public opinion guidance; to understand and master the current situation of the construction of network propaganda and ideological work teams in colleges and universities through investigation and visits from the practical level, This paper objectively analyzes the achievements, effects and causes of the problems in the construction of network propaganda and ideological work team in colleges and universities in recent years, and provides countermeasures and suggestions for the propaganda and ideological management departments of colleges and universities and the relevant administrative departments of the government on this basis.
