基于易班的大学生思想政治教育研究

【摘要】：网络时代对当下的人们产生重要影响。网络时代所构筑的生活方式,影响着当下大学生对情感的认知、是非的判断和对世界的看法,给高校思想政治教育工作的开展带来双重影响,正如硬币的两面,正面是机遇背面是挑战。基于网络的易班平台,为高校思想政治教育提供新的方向标,对存在挑战予以积极地回应。作为大学生网络互动社区,易班起到了沟通师生关系的重要桥梁,同时也是凝聚学生、服务学生、教育学生的新探索。本文对易班进行的相关研究,是为进一步探索大学生思想政治教育的路径与方法。文章主要使用文献分析法和比较研究法,对易班的思想政治教育功能进行解析。从易班功能特点入手,介绍易班在大学生生活和学习中的具体应用。突出易班平台较之其他网络平台对高校大学生于思想政治教育方面的优势,例如促进实现了课程教学资源整合,加强师生互动,便于党团建设、心理辅导、舆情监督等。分析易班平台对高校思想政治教育的优势所在,总结当下易班平台建设的不足之处,提出对策。改进易班育人功能需从易班自身功能完善、教育主体水平的提高、机制完善等几大方面着手。在互联网时代,如何将网络与高校思想政治教育串联起来,形成教育合力,这是新时代高校思想政治教育工作的重要课题。探析基于易班的大学思想政治教育,对于其他网络平台就如何提高其育人功效同样具有参考价值。
[Abstract]:The network age has an important impact on people. The way of life constructed by the network age affects the cognition of emotion, the judgment of right and wrong and the view of the world among college students. It has brought double influence to the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, just like the two sides of coins, the positive side is the opportunity and the back is the challenge. The web-based platform of changing classes provides a new direction for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. As an interactive community of college students, Yi class plays an important role in the communication between teachers and students, at the same time, it is to unite students and serve students. This paper aims to further explore the path and methods of ideological and political education for college students. The paper mainly uses literature analysis method and comparative research method. This paper analyzes the function of ideological and political education of different classes. This paper introduces the concrete application of different classes in college students' life and study. It highlights the advantages of the platform in ideological and political education for college students, such as promoting the integration of curriculum teaching resources and strengthening the interaction between teachers and students. To facilitate the construction of party groups, psychological guidance, supervision of public opinion, etc. Analyze the advantages of the platform for ideological and political education in colleges and universities, summarize the shortcomings of the current platform of changing classes, The countermeasures are put forward. How to improve the educational function of changing classes should be carried out from several aspects, such as the improvement of their own functions, the improvement of the educational subject level and the perfection of the mechanism. In the Internet era, how to connect the network with the ideological and political education in colleges and universities is proposed. It is an important subject in the ideological and political education work of colleges and universities in the new era to form educational resultant forces. The analysis of ideological and political education based on different classes is also of reference value to other network platforms on how to improve their educational efficacy.
