【摘要】：本研究以大学生创业技能为研究对象,以机会型创业为视角,将机会型创业与大学生创业技能提升相结合,探讨创业技能内涵、维度、要素,剖析我国高校创业教育中大学生创业技能发展现状,分析原因、总结经验、提出对策,以期开拓创业教育新思路,探索大学生创业技能提升体系,提高人才培养质量,创新人才培养模式。全文共分为六个部分。第一部分明确课题研究的现实背景、阐述本论文研究的目的和意义,明晰研究思路,列出研究方法,制定研究技术路线。第二部分是大学生创业技能提升的理论研究,主要对创业教育、机会型创业、创业技能、创业警觉性展开文献研究。通过阅读、梳理期刊文献,明晰了创业教育、大学生创业教育、创业技能、机会型创业的内涵;辨别了创业技能、创业能力和创业知识的联系与区别;明确了创业技能的可培养性等问题。第三部研究假设和理论模型构建。本论文采用问卷调查研究,本章主要探索寻找各变量之间关系的理论支撑,进而进行关系假设、模型构建。第四部分研究设计及测量工具。本章围绕设计、预测试、发放、回收统计问卷进行。目的是用问卷调查方法获取研究数据,具体包括:设计创业教育、创业技能、创业警觉性等测试量表;进行预测试;确定正式问卷;发放、统计、录入问卷;最后对所要采用的数据分析方法进行了简要介绍。第五部分研究结果分析。采用描述性统计分析、信效度检验、因子分析、相关性分析以及创业警觉对创业教育、创业技能中介作用的关系假设分析,并得出结论。第六部分分析与展望。就第五部分的研究结果,进行成因分析,继而提出相应的对策,同时对本论文尚存在的局限与不足予以说明,提出对未来的研究展望。
[Abstract]:This study takes the entrepreneurial skills of college students as the research object, takes the opportunity entrepreneurship as the angle of view, combines the opportunity entrepreneurship with the enhancement of the college students' entrepreneurial skills, and probes into the connotation, dimensions and elements of the entrepreneurial skills. This paper analyzes the present situation of the development of entrepreneurial skills of college students in our country's university entrepreneurship education, analyzes the reasons, summarizes the experience, and puts forward some countermeasures in order to open up new ideas of entrepreneurship education, explore the promotion system of college students' entrepreneurial skills, and improve the quality of talents training. The full text is divided into six parts. The first part clarifies the realistic background of the research, expounds the purpose and significance of this paper, clarifies the research ideas, lists the research methods, The second part is the theoretical research on the promotion of college students' entrepreneurial skills, mainly on entrepreneurship education, opportunity entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial skills, entrepreneurial alertness. It clarifies the connotation of entrepreneurship education, college students' entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial skills, opportunity entrepreneurship, distinguishes the relationship and difference between entrepreneurial skills, entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial knowledge. The third part of the research hypothesis and theoretical model construction. This paper uses questionnaire research, this chapter mainly explores the theoretical support of the relationship between the variables, and then carries on the relational hypothesis. The fourth part of the research design and measurement tools. This chapter around design, prediction test, distribution, recovery statistical questionnaire. The purpose is to obtain research data by questionnaire, including: design entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial skills, Keywords Entrepreneurial alertness scale; Pre-test; determine formal questionnaire; issue, statistics, input questionnaire; Finally, the data analysis methods are briefly introduced. The fifth part of the research results analysis. Using descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity test, factor analysis, correlation analysis and entrepreneurship awareness to entrepreneurship education. The relationship hypothesis analysis of the intermediary role of entrepreneurial skills, and draw a conclusion. The sixth part of the analysis and prospects. The fifth part of the research results, the cause of analysis, and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures, At the same time, the limitations and shortcomings of this paper are explained, and the future research prospect is put forward.
