高校中层干部形象建设研究

【摘要】:党的十八大、十八届三中全会对高等教育改革发展做出重大部署,各高等院校要坚持教育为社会主义现代化建设服务、为人民服务,坚持内涵式发展,坚持把立德树人作为根本任务,营造教书育人、管理育人、服务育人的良好氛围,真正将践行社会主义核心价值观与创新人才培养紧密结合,努力培养中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人。高校中层干部是高校管理系统中的重要层次,是承上启下,确保学校战略决策和各项具体工作任务得以贯彻落实的重要环节,是高校改革发展的推动者、支持者、组织者和实施者,是高校工作的中坚力量。与此同时,高校中层干部工作的环境是学术氛围浓郁的大学,工作的目标是服务学校和社会,服务的对象是知识水平高的广大师生。因此,高校中层干部的素质和形象直接决定着学校的对外影响、管理质量、工作效率和发展水平,影响着人才培养质量和校园的和谐稳定。但我们必须清醒地看到:由于受各种思潮和社会政治经济环境因素影响,高校部分中层干部的思想意识、道德规范和行为方式正在悄然发生着改变,进而影响了职业形象、履职能力。表现为言谈举止、衣着修饰等外在形象方面与高校管理者的身份不相称;自身的道德人格及思想修养水平等内在形象方面不能满足学校管理和事业发展的需要;个别中层干部甚至出现了严重的腐败问题,身陷囹圄的同时极大地败坏了高校形象。导致上述现象出现的主要原因,有社会环境影响,有管理制度问题,但更主要的原因是中层干部自身忽视和放松了思想改造和素质提升,进而导致形象损毁。当前高校部分中层干部形象存在问题是客观的,如何加强形象建设也是迫切和必要的。本文从高校中层干部形象建设的价值、作用、意义入手,在系统分析其形象存在的问题、成因及对策措施的基础上,就如何从自身做起,搞好高校中层干部内外合一的整体形象建设进行了探讨。旨在塑造高校中层干部良好形象,提高中层干部队伍素质,努力建立一支形象健康、政治过硬、作风正派、业务精通的高校中层干部队伍,为我国高等教育事业的健康持续发展提供坚强的干部队伍保障。
[Abstract]:The 18th CPC National Congress and the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee made major arrangements for the reform and development of higher education.Colleges and universities should adhere to education to serve the socialist modernization drive, serve the people, and adhere to the implicit development. Adhere to the fundamental task of building up people by virtue, create a good atmosphere of teaching, managing, and serving people, and truly combine the practice of socialist core values with the cultivation of innovative talents. Strive to train qualified builders and reliable successors in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Middle level cadres in colleges and universities are important levels in the management system of colleges and universities. The important links to ensure the implementation of the school's strategic decisions and specific work tasks are the promoters, supporters, organizers and implementers of the reform and development of colleges and universities, and are the backbone of the work of colleges and universities. The working environment of middle-level cadres in colleges and universities is a university with a rich academic atmosphere, the goal of work is to serve the school and society, and the object of service is the vast number of teachers and students with a high level of knowledge. The quality and image of middle-level cadres in colleges and universities directly determine the external influence, management quality, work efficiency and development level of the school. It affects the quality of talent training and the harmony and stability of the campus. But we must soberly see that due to the influence of various ideological trends and social, political and economic environmental factors, the ideological consciousness of some middle level cadres in colleges and universities, The moral standard and the behavior way are changing quietly, then has affected the professional image, the ability to carry out the duties, manifests in the external image aspect such as the speech and the manner, the clothing decoration and so on the university administrator's identity does not match; Their own moral personality and ideological level cannot meet the needs of school management and career development. Some middle-level cadres even have serious corruption problems. At the same time, it has greatly tarnished the image of colleges and universities. The main causes of the above phenomenon are the social environment and the problems of the management system. However, the main reason is that the middle-level cadres themselves neglect and relax their ideological reform and quality improvement, thus leading to image damage. At present, some middle-level cadres in colleges and universities have problems with their image. How to strengthen the image construction is also urgent and necessary. This paper starts with the value, function and significance of the image construction of the middle level cadres in colleges and universities, and on the basis of systematically analyzing the problems, causes and countermeasures of its image, how to start from itself, This paper probes into the overall image construction of the internal and external integration of middle-level cadres in colleges and universities. It aims at shaping the good image of middle-level cadres in colleges and universities, improving the quality of the middle-level cadres, and striving to establish a healthy image, excellent politics, and a decent style of work. The middle-level cadres in colleges and universities provide a strong guarantee for the healthy and sustainable development of higher education in our country.
