我国大学院长角色演变与冲突调适

【摘要】:学院制改革使得二级学院成为大学中最重要的实体组织,承担着越来越多的职能和使命。二级学院院长拥有政治权力、行政权力与学术权力,相应的也扮演着价值领导、行政领导和学术领导等多重角色。院长在多重角色期待中将产生角色设计冲突、角色期望不一、角色职责模糊、角色价值冲突等问题,为此,需通过制度设计与角色调适两种方式,回归二级学院院长的学术领导的本质定位。
[Abstract]:The reform of the college system makes the secondary college become the most important entity organization in the university, taking on more and more functions and missions. The dean of the secondary college has political power, administrative power and academic power, and accordingly plays the role of value leadership. Many roles, such as executive leadership and academic leadership, will result in conflicts in role design, role expectation, role responsibility, role value conflict and so on. It is necessary to return to the essential position of academic leadership of the dean of secondary college through two ways of system design and role adjustment.
