高等教育消费风险类型及其规避策略研究

【摘要】:近几年,教育消费问题被社会关注,随着风险在众多领域的广泛应用,教育消费风险在教育学和教育经济学领域成为研究重点。教育是一种有风险的文化消费活动,然而部分消费者并不知道这种风险存在,有些风险发生是由消费者无意行为导致。消费风险与投资风险不同,消费者在消费活动中并不知道风险存在。人们在今后的教育消费选择中如何甄别风险已成为当前要解决的关键问题,通过对教育消费风险分类分析,本文旨在为消费者提供风险防范方法。在文献研究基础上,本研究解释了高等教育消费风险概念。通过风险、消费风险理论分析,解释高等教育消费风险概念。厘清投资风险与消费风险差异,分析教育供给和教育需求对教育消费并存风险影响,可以丰富高等教育消费风险概念。通过对消费风险类型分析,本研究对高等教育消费风险进行分类。通过分析风险分类和消费风险分类依据,以及现阶段教育消费风险类型研究,本研究对教育消费风险进行甄别与分类。消费者个人存在人身安全风险、收益风险、质量风险、文化风险和法律风险;社会存在人力资源风险、收益风险、文化风险、法律风险、社会安全风险和教育管理风险。通过对风险分析,本研究探究了影响高等教育消费风险的5个问题:学生和家长缺少消费风险防范意识、学生消费者之间存在个体差异、学校道德文化教育不足、学校行政管理部门失职、法律不能发挥对服务行为的约束作用、国家(学校)人事制度不足。在整体研究的基础上,本研究提出了规避风险的5个建议,即学生和家长应该具有消费风险警觉意识、学生需要全面提升个人技能、学校营造文化氛围提升学生受教育者道德品质、学校行政部门要担起维护学生权益职责、法律加强对服务行为约束和政府(学校)修正人事管理制度。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problem of educational consumption has been concerned by the society. With the wide application of risk in many fields, educational consumption risk has become the focus of research in the field of pedagogy and educational economics. Education is a risky cultural consumption activity. However, some consumers are not aware of the existence of this risk, and some of the risks occur as a result of consumers' unintentional behavior. Consumer risk is different from investment risk. Consumers do not know the existence of risks in their consumption activities. How to identify risks in future educational consumption choices has become a key issue to be solved at present. The purpose of this paper is to provide risk prevention methods for consumers. On the basis of literature research, this study explains the concept of consumption risk in higher education. To explain the concept of consumption risk in higher education, to clarify the difference between investment risk and consumption risk, and to analyze the influence of education supply and demand on the coexistence risk of education consumption can enrich the concept of consumption risk in higher education. This study classifies the consumption risk of higher education. Through the analysis of the risk classification and consumption risk classification basis, as well as the current educational consumption risk type research, This study discriminates and classifies the risk of educational consumption. Consumers have personal security risk, income risk, quality risk, cultural risk and legal risk, social human resource risk, income risk, cultural risk, Legal risk, Social Security risk and Education Management risk. Through risk analysis, this study explores five problems that affect the consumption risk of higher education: students and parents lack awareness of consumer risk prevention, There are individual differences among students' consumers, insufficient moral education in schools, negligence of school administrative departments, failure of laws to play a binding role on service behavior, inadequate national (school) personnel system, and on the basis of overall research, This study puts forward five suggestions to avoid risks, that is, students and parents should have awareness of consumer risk, students need to improve their personal skills, and schools should create a cultural atmosphere to promote the moral quality of students educated. The school administrative department should assume the responsibility of safeguarding the rights and interests of the students, strengthen the restriction on service behavior and amend the personnel management system of the government (school).
