社会科学研究:非学术影响及其评估

【摘要】：近年来,对社会科学研究进行非学术影响评估已成为一个明显的趋势。非学术影响是指研究对学术以外的,社会经济文化等方面的影响。与其他科学研究相比,社会科学研究对于非学术影响一贯有着更多的追求。20世纪末以来,社会科学研究非学术影响评估的兴起受整个评估标准多元化的影响,也受科研评估整体转向的影响,同时,知识运用研究为这一评估提供了理论和研究基础,而循证政策思潮则为这一评估提供了外部刺激。非学术影响评估将对社会科学研究本身产生深刻的影响,如何以适当的方式进行评价,将是评估中需认真探讨的问题。
[Abstract]:In recent years, non-academic impact assessment of social science research has become an obvious trend. Non-academic impact refers to the impact of research on non-academic, socio-economic and cultural aspects. Since the end of the 20th century, the rise of non-academic impact assessment of social science research has been influenced by the diversity of evaluation criteria and the overall change of scientific research evaluation. Knowledge-application studies provide a theoretical and research basis for this assessment, while evidence-based policy trends provide an external stimulus for the assessment. Non-academic impact assessments will have a profound impact on social science research itself. How to evaluate in an appropriate way will be a serious problem to be discussed in the evaluation.
