大学男生学习投入现状及其影响因素研究

【摘要】:学生调查正逐渐成为大学教育质量保障体系中的重要手段和数据源。我国著名的高等教育学家潘懋元先生曾说过:“如果人们忽视了对作为教育主体的大学生的学习研究,那么就无法从教育的本源上解决高等教育的质量问题。”从2007年开始,国内普通高校招生中的女生数量首次超过男生,之后一直出现压倒性数量优势。高校女生不仅在数量上超越男生,高考成绩以及在高校内的表现也普遍优于男生。“男孩危机”已成为高等教育领域关注的焦点。因此,把大学男生学习投入作为立足点,对提高我国高等教育领域的人才培养质量具有重要意义。本研究将学习投入及其影响因素理论作为编制问卷的理论基础,并借鉴了“全美大学生投入调查”(NSSE)以及我国清华大学教育研究院的NSSE-CHINA,对J大学男学生的学习投入现状(学习挑战度、主动合作学习、生师互动、教育体验丰富度、校园环境支持程度)以及学生收获自评分析进行了研究,并在此基础上进一步探索学习投入的影响因素。通过调查研究发现:大学男生的学习投入低于女生;大学男生的学习投入程度处于中等偏下的水平;大学男生的收获自我评价较高,学习投入各维度与收获自评存在正相关关系;大学男生学习投入在学生个体特征(户口性质、年级、学科、期望最高学历、父母受教育程度)存在差异;学习动机、学习态度、学习环境与学习投入存在正相关关系。学习投入的影响因素按照重要性大小排列,分别是:学习环境、学习态度、学习动机。将问卷调查的结果和对学生、教师、班主任的个案访谈相结合,揭示大学男生学习中存在的主要问题:第一,大学男生个体层面:专业认同感较低、学习动力不足、学习意志薄弱,易受环境影响、学习策略不适应大学学习;第二,教师层面:教师不太重视对教学方法的选择与创新、教师对教学内容的深度与广度把握不到位、教师对学生的评价体系不够完善;第三,课程层面:新生研讨课效果不明显、大四阶段课程安排的“虚化现象”、课程结构与设置稍显不合理。针对男大学生学习投入现状及存在的问题,本研究主要从提高大学男生的学习动机、构建良好的师生关系、合理设置大学课程,建立完整的课程体系、创设“学习共同体”式的校园环境五个层面探讨发展对策。
[Abstract]:Student survey is becoming an important means and data source in the guarantee system of college education quality. Mr. Pan Maoyuan, a famous higher education scientist in China, once said: "if people neglect the study of college students as the main body of education, Then the problem of the quality of higher education cannot be solved from the source of education. "since 2007, the number of female students enrolled in domestic colleges and universities has exceeded that of male students for the first time," he said. Since then, there has been an overwhelming number of advantages. College girls not only outnumber the male students, but also outperform the male students in the college entrance examination. "Boy crisis" has become the focus of attention in the field of higher education. It is of great significance to improve the quality of talents training in the field of higher education by taking the study input of college boys as a foothold. This study takes the theory of learning input and its influencing factors as the theoretical basis for compiling the questionnaire. Using NSSES for reference and NSSE-CHINA of Tsinghua University Institute of Education in China, the present situation of learning investment (learning challenge, active cooperative learning, teacher-student interaction, rich educational experience) of male students in J University is studied. On the basis of the analysis of self-evaluation of students' harvest, the paper further explores the influencing factors of learning investment. Through the investigation and research, it is found that the study input of college boys is lower than that of female students; The degree of college male students' learning input is at the middle level; the college male students' harvest self-evaluation is higher, and there is a positive correlation between the dimensions of learning input and the harvest self-evaluation; the college male students' learning input is in the students' individual characteristics (hukou nature). There were differences in grades, subjects, expectation of the highest educational level and parents' educational level. There was a positive correlation between learning motivation, learning attitude, learning environment and learning input. The influencing factors of learning input were arranged according to the importance. They are: learning environment, learning attitude, learning motivation. Combining the results of the questionnaire with individual interviews with students, teachers and class teachers, this paper reveals the main problems in the study of college boys: first, The individual level of male students in university: the professional identity is low, the learning motivation is insufficient, the learning will is weak, easy to be influenced by the environment, the study strategy is not suitable for the university study; second, the teacher level: the teacher does not pay much attention to the choice and innovation of the teaching method. Teachers do not grasp the depth and breadth of the teaching content, teachers' evaluation system of students is not perfect; third, the curriculum level: the effect of freshmen seminar is not obvious. In view of the present situation of male college students' learning investment and the existing problems, this study mainly focuses on improving the motivation of college boys' learning and constructing a good teacher-student relationship. Setting up the university curriculum rationally, establishing the complete curriculum system and creating the campus environment of "learning community" are discussed in five aspects.
