【摘要】：在国家创新驱动发展的新态势下,党中央、国务院作出了建设世界一流大学和一流学科的重大战略部署,这对于培养具有社会责任感、创新精神和实践能力高素质复合型人才的大学提出了更高的要求。使得大学不仅要成为改革发展的"人才库"、科学技术的"创新源"、思想文化的"策源地",还要进一步明确内涵发展的文化精神和使命,这对于系统谋划大学"双一流"建设具有重要的意义。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation of national innovation-driven development, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have made a major strategic plan to build world-class universities and first-class disciplines, which has a sense of social responsibility for training. The universities with innovative spirit and high practical ability have put forward higher requirements. The universities should not only become the pool of talents for reform and development, but also become the "source of innovation" of science and technology and the "birthplace" of ideology and culture. To further clarify the cultural spirit and mission of connotation development, This is of great significance to the systematic planning of "double-class" construction of universities.
