“卓越计划”视角下高校考试制度改革研究——基于创新人才的培养

【摘要】：当前,我国大多数高校的考试制度与新形势下培养学生创新能力和实践能力的目标不相适应,特别是考试制度本身、制度执行者以及制度承受者三个层面制约了高校学生创新精神、实践能力的培养。高校考试制度改革应遵循科学性原则、发展性原则、主体性原则。高校考试制度改革应具有针对性,指导思想要明确、考试形式要多样化,并要创新考试内容,加强考试管理制度建设,提升教学管理者的素养,并逐步完善学分制。
[Abstract]:At present, the examination system of most colleges and universities in our country is incompatible with the goal of cultivating students' innovative and practical ability under the new situation, especially the examination system itself.System executor and institution bearer restrict the cultivation of college students' innovative spirit and practical ability.The reform of examination system in colleges and universities should follow the principles of science, development and subjectivity.The reform of the examination system in colleges and universities should be targeted, the guiding ideology should be clear, the examination form should be diversified, the examination content should be innovated, the construction of the examination management system should be strengthened, the quality of the teaching administrators should be improved, and the credit system should be perfected step by step.
