思想政治教育视阈下的大学生创新创业教育研究

【摘要】：当前中国经济发展步入新常态,创新和创业对推动经济发展和社会进步发挥着越来越重要的作用,时代强烈呼唤大批创新创业型人才的涌现。那么,如何顺应时代发展的潮流,激发大学生的创新精神和创业意识,帮助他们成功创业,推进创新型人才的培养和教育成为目前高等教育迫切需要解决的问题。创新创业教育和思想政治教育作为高等教育两个重要组成部分,二者在教育目标、教育内容、教育方式上有很多相通之处。然而,以往的创新创业教育研究多偏重经济学或管理学视角,鲜见从思想政治教育与大学生创新创业教育两者之间的关系上来展开探究。事实上,无论是从理论体系还是从实践经验上来看,思想政治教育与创新创业教育是可以而且应该相结合的,实现人的全面发展这个共同的价值旨归让他们具有高度的契合性,二者的有机融合既是创新创业教育发展的内在需求,也是高校思想政治教育自身的改革和创新的现实需要,更是大学生综合素质全面提高的有效途径。因此,从思想政治教育的视阈下研究大学生创新创业教育,探究思想政治教育融入创新创业教育的必要性,可行性和实施路径,对提高大学生创新创业的综合素质和发展完善思想政治教育体系都有重要的理论和现实意义。本文首先从思想政治教育与大学生创新创业教育的基本理论入手,分别对思想政治教育和创新创业教育的内涵、目标以及内容进行阐述,深入分析两者之间的内在联系,得出两个不同的学科能够相互融合、协同发展的辩证统一关系。接下来挖掘和分析了思想政治教育在融入大学生创新创业教育过程中存在的问题及原因,指出认识上的偏差、课程设置不合理、教学方式单一、师资队伍建设薄弱,以及思想政治教育与创新创业教育融合度不高等是其问题所在,并对其产生的原因进行总结分析。最后,在上述理论研究和相关问题的基础上,给出了将思想政治教育有效融入创新创业教育的实施路径,包括在理论实践教学、价值观念纠正,校园文化载体、师资队伍建设和四位一体(即政府、社会、学校、家庭)教育等方面采取的一些具体措施。
[Abstract]:At present, China's economic development has entered a new normal. Innovation and entrepreneurship play an increasingly important role in promoting economic development and social progress. The times strongly call for the emergence of a large number of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.So, how to conform to the trend of the development of the times, stimulate the innovative spirit and entrepreneurial consciousness of college students, help them to successfully start a business, and promote the cultivation and education of innovative talents has become an urgent problem that needs to be solved in the current higher education.Innovation entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education as two important components of higher education, there are many similarities between them in educational objectives, educational content and educational methods.However, most of the previous researches on innovative entrepreneurship education focused on the perspective of economics or management, and rarely explored the relationship between ideological and political education and innovative entrepreneurship education of college students.In fact, both from the theoretical system and from the practical experience, ideological and political education and innovative entrepreneurship education can and should be combined. The common value of realizing the all-round development of human beings aims to give them a high degree of compatibility.The organic integration of the two is not only the internal demand of the development of innovative entrepreneurship education, but also the practical need of the reform and innovation of the ideological and political education itself in colleges and universities. It is also an effective way to improve the comprehensive quality of college students in an all-round way.Therefore, from the perspective of ideological and political education, this paper studies the innovative entrepreneurship education of college students, and probes into the necessity, feasibility and implementation path of integrating ideological and political education into innovative entrepreneurship education.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to improve the comprehensive quality of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship and to develop and perfect the ideological and political education system.Starting with the basic theories of ideological and political education and innovative entrepreneurship education of college students, this paper expounds the connotation, objectives and contents of ideological and political education and innovative entrepreneurship education, and analyzes the internal relationship between them.The dialectical and unified relationship between two different disciplines can be integrated and coordinated development.Then, the author excavates and analyzes the problems and causes of ideological and political education in the process of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education, points out the deviation in cognition, the unreasonable curriculum, the single teaching method, and the weak construction of teachers.The problem is that the combination of ideological and political education and innovative entrepreneurship education is not high, and the causes are summarized and analyzed.Finally, on the basis of the above theoretical research and related problems, this paper gives the effective implementation path of integrating ideological and political education into innovative entrepreneurship education, including theoretical and practical teaching, value correction, campus culture carrier.The construction of teachers and the four aspects of education (i.e. government, society, school, family).
