基于政治生态的大学生廉洁教育研究

【摘要】：近几年我国在各个领域大力开展的反腐倡廉工作令世界瞩目,政治生态建设是新时期反腐工作的重要组成。良好政治生态是要创建优良从政环境,在社会上形成一股清正的风气。习近平总书记多次表明构建良好政治生态的坚定决心,指出建设政治生态是民心所向;是政治社会发展的必然趋势;是全党上下的职责和使命;是全国人民的共同愿望。大学生是国家的未来,是民族的希望,是社会主义的建设者和接班人,在大学生中进行廉洁教育是教育部部署的一项长期规划。大学生是否具备良好的廉洁思想品质和行为习惯将直接关乎大学生未来的职业道德水平,将直接关乎若干年后我国社会的廉政水平和社会风貌。开展大学生廉洁教育就是要培育大学生自我管理、自我教育的能力;培育大学生抵制腐败的思想品质;推动校园风气朝着和谐正义的方向发展;是进一步深化反腐败形势的重要环节,更是构建良好政治生态的关键一步。本文运用文献分析法、比较分析法和历史分析法对政治生态背景下大学生廉洁教育展开研究。第一章介绍了论文的研究目的、研究意义以及国内外研究动态和研究方法;第二章归纳了政治生态与廉洁教育的内涵,以及政治生态与廉洁教育相辅相成、密不可分的联系;第三章从促进社会反腐败斗争关口前移、培养大学生成长成才、保证国家战略实施三个角度论述了开展大学生廉洁教育的意义,阐述了大学生廉洁教育与政治生态的内在一致性,指明了廉洁教育的开展是搞好政治生态的重要组成;第四章从对廉洁教育的重视程度、教育内容、开展形式、廉洁教育实践和实际效果方面分析大学生廉洁教育的现状和问题及产生问题的原因;第五章结合政治生态的内涵和具体要求对大学生廉洁教育的现实问题提出改进性建议,以加强对廉洁教育的重视,并以建立和健全廉洁教育制度和长效机制为出发点,以拓宽廉洁教育载体和丰富廉洁教育内容为重点,以夯实廉洁教育主体责任为关键,以促进廉洁教育与社会实践的结合为落脚点。本文将构建良好政治生态与大学生廉洁教育相结合,阐述政治生态、大学生廉洁教育和反腐败斗争三者的关系,进一步提出了营造良好政治生态是将反腐败斗争引向深入的必然要求;大学生廉洁教育是政治生态文明的重要组成,是优化政治生态的基础性工作;良好政治生态为大学生廉洁教育培育肥沃的政治教育环境土壤;政治生态建设与廉洁教育相辅相成、密切相关等观点。与此同时,论文还分析了搞好政治生态建设必须要抓牢大学生廉洁教育这一基础性工作,大学生是社会发展的生力军,只有在大学生中提前注入“反腐疫苗”,培育大学生敢于抵制腐败的思想,敢于揭发腐败的行为,才能为政治生态建设打好基础,才能不断把反腐败斗争形势推向纵深,才能为国家的未来和民族的繁荣培养合格人才。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the anti-corruption work in various fields has attracted the attention of the world, and the construction of political ecology is an important part of anti-corruption work in the new era.Good political ecology is to create a fine political environment and form a clean atmosphere in the society.General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly expressed his firm determination to build a good political ecology, pointing out that building political ecology is the wish of the people, an inevitable trend of political and social development, a duty and mission of the whole party, and a common aspiration of the people throughout the country.College students are the future of the country, the hope of the nation, the builders and successors of socialism. It is a long-term plan of the Ministry of Education to carry out clean education among the college students.Whether college students have good ideological quality and behavior habits will directly affect the level of professional ethics of college students in the future, and will directly affect the level of clean government and social style of our society after a few years.To carry out the clean education of college students is to cultivate the ability of self-management and self-education, to cultivate the ideological quality of resisting corruption, to promote the campus atmosphere to develop in the direction of harmony and justice.It is an important link in further deepening the anti-corruption situation and a key step in constructing a good political ecology.In this paper, literature analysis, comparative analysis and historical analysis are used to study the clean education of college students under the background of political ecology.The first chapter introduces the purpose of the paper, the significance of the research, the domestic and foreign research trends and research methods, the second chapter summarizes the political ecology and clean education, and political ecology and clean education complement each other, inseparable links;The third chapter discusses the significance of carrying out clean education of college students from three angles of promoting social anti-corruption struggle, cultivating college students to grow up and becoming talents, and ensuring the implementation of national strategy.This paper expounds the internal consistency between college students' clean education and political ecology, and points out that the development of clean education is an important component of doing a good job of political ecology.In the aspect of the practice and practical effect of clean education, the author analyzes the present situation, problems and causes of the clean education of college students. Chapter five, combining with the connotation and specific requirements of political ecology, puts forward some suggestions to improve the practical problems of clean education of college students.In order to strengthen the importance of clean education, to establish and perfect the clean education system and long-term mechanism as the starting point, to broaden the carrier of clean education and enrich the content of clean education, and to consolidate the responsibility of clean education as the key point,To promote the integration of clean education and social practice as the foothold.This paper combines the construction of good political ecology with the clean education of college students, and expounds the relationship among political ecology, clean education of college students and the struggle against corruption.Furthermore, it is pointed out that creating good political ecology is the inevitable requirement to lead the struggle against corruption to a deeper level, that the clean education of college students is an important component of political ecological civilization, and that it is the basic work of optimizing political ecology.Good political ecology fosters fertile political education environment soil for college students' clean education, and political ecological construction and clean education complement each other and are closely related.At the same time, the paper also analyzes that the basic work of clean education for college students must be paid attention to in order to improve the political ecology. College students are the new force of social development, only to inject "anti-corruption vaccine" into college students ahead of time.Only by cultivating college students' idea of resisting corruption and exposing corrupt behavior can we lay a good foundation for the construction of political ecology, push the situation of anti-corruption struggle to the depth, and train qualified talents for the future of our country and the prosperity of our nation.
