【摘要】：大学生党员是党的新鲜血液,也是各行各业未来的中坚力量,是党的事业的生力军,肩负着国家繁荣富强的伟大使命。大学阶段正是他们思想政治意识形成的关键时期,加强大学生党员的党性修养教育,有利于大学生党员形成正确的人生观、世界观、价值观。新形势下,以习近平总书记为核心的党中央向全党提出“全面从严治党”重大命题,为大学生党员党性修养教育提供了有效的思想指南和路径指导。大学生党员只有切实提高党性修养,增强思想建党的自觉性和针对性,才能适应从严治党的新常态。本文运用问卷调查、个体访谈等方法,对大学生党员党性的理论修养、政治修养、道德修养、纪律修养和作风修养等五个方面和党组织自身建设状况进行了现实考察。大学生党员党性修养总体良好,也存在一些不足之处。比如,理论修养不足,政治修养不纯正,道德修养存在偏差,模范意识及带头作用缺失等。针对大学生党性修养存在的问题,从社会风气、高校党校、学生党支部以及大学生党员自身四个维度进行了分析研究。提出加强大学生党员党员党性修养教育的方法和措施,探索增强大学生党员党性的长效机制。从大学生党员党性修养的问题和形成原因为切入点,提出了四个方面解决问题的举措:通过高校思想政治工作对大学生党员社会认知进行正确引导;通过从学生党员党性修养的实际出发设置教育内容、创新党性修养教育方法与载体、注重理论教育与实践教育相结合,加强高校党校教育的系统性和科学性、针对性和实效性;通过对党支部的理论建设、制度建设、作风建设,把学生党支部建设成战斗堡垒;通过大学生党员自身努力,加强自我约束、进行自我教育,不断自我学习,从而提升和加强自身的党性修养。
[Abstract]:College students' Party members are the fresh blood of the Party, the backbone of the future of various industries, the new force of the Party's cause, and the great mission of prosperity and strength of the country.The university stage is the key period for the formation of their ideological and political consciousness. Strengthening the party spirit cultivation education of the college students' party members is conducive to the formation of the correct outlook on life, world outlook and values of the college students' party members.Under the new situation, the Party Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core puts forward the important proposition of "administering the Party in an all-round and strict manner" to the whole party, which provides an effective ideological guide and guidance for the party spirit cultivation education of college students.Only by improving the party spirit cultivation and strengthening the consciousness and pertinence of party building can college student party members adapt to the new normal of strict administration of the party.By means of questionnaire investigation and individual interview, this paper makes a realistic investigation on the theoretical, political, moral, disciplinary and style cultivation of the Party members of college students and the construction of the Party organization itself.Party spirit cultivation of college students Party members is good in general, but there are also some inadequacies.For example, the theoretical accomplishment is insufficient, the political accomplishment is not pure, the moral accomplishment exists the deviation, the model consciousness and the leading role are lacking.In view of the problems existing in the cultivation of the Party spirit of college students, this paper analyzes and studies the four dimensions of the social atmosphere, the Party school, the party branch of the student and the party member of the college student.This paper puts forward the methods and measures to strengthen the education of the Party spirit of the Party members of college students, and probes into the long-term mechanism of strengthening the Party spirit of the party members of the college students.This paper puts forward four measures to solve the problems from the point of view of the problems and reasons of the Party spirit cultivation of college students: to guide the social cognition of the party members correctly through the ideological and political work in colleges and universities;Through setting up the education content from the reality of the party spirit accomplishment of the student party member, innovating the method and carrier of the party spirit accomplishment education, paying attention to the combination of the theory education and the practice education, strengthening the systematicness and scientific nature, pertinence and actual effect of the party school education in the university;Through the theoretical construction, system building and style building of the Party branch, the student party branch is built into a fighting fortress; through the efforts of the college students' party members themselves, they strengthen their self-restraint, carry out self-education, and constantly study themselves.In order to enhance and strengthen their own party spirit cultivation.
