延安市大学生村官发展问题研究

【摘要】：文章在阐明选题意义,进行学术综述,介绍研究思路与方法、界定基本概念之后,在进行走访和问卷调查获得调查对象第一手资料的基础之上,着重描述了延安市大学生村官发展现状,分析了在延安市大学生村官发展中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了解决延安市大学生村官发展问题的相关措施。关于延安市大学生村官的发展现状,主要通过对延安市大学生村官现状调查结果的分析,大学生村官任职民意调查问卷结果的分析,枣园办事处某干部的访谈,延安市组织部某干部的访谈。从以上问卷中得出延安市大学生村官发展中存在的问题主要有:大学生村官扎根农村的决心不坚定;角色转换差,难以适应农村工作岗位;不被重视和不受重用;专业不对口现象严重,难有作为;隐形流失和借调现象突出。延安市大学生村官发展中存在问题的原因,一是内在原因。从大学生村官自身角度进行研究和分析;二是外在原因。分别从延安整体发展,党委政府,高校和社会各界四个角度进行了探讨和分析。解决延安市大学生村官发展问题的对策,一是针对内在原因,从大学生个体着手,确定发展目标,坚定奉献农村的决心,做好职业生涯发展规划,积累经验,尤其是女村官要克服自身的生理和心理问题。二是针对外在原因,整个延安市要谋求又好又快的发展。党委政府要不断加强顶层设计,做好落实工作。我国高校拓宽教育领域,创新培养模式。社会各界要形成和认可支持大学生村官的社会氛围。
[Abstract]:After clarifying the significance of selecting the topic, carrying on the academic summary, introducing the research ideas and methods and defining the basic concepts, the paper obtains the first-hand information of the investigated objects by conducting interviews and questionnaires.This paper emphatically describes the present situation of the development of college students' village officials in Yan'an, analyzes on the problems existing in the development of university students' village officials in Yan'an, and puts forward some relevant measures to solve the problems of the development of college students' village officials in Yan'an.With regard to the current situation of the development of college students' village officials in Yan'an, mainly through the analysis of the results of the investigation on the present situation of college students' village officials in Yan'an, the analysis of the results of the public opinion survey of university students' village officials, and the interview of a cadre in the Zaoyuan Office,Yan'an City Organization Department of a cadre interview.It is concluded from the above questionnaire that the problems in the development of college students' village officials in Yan'an are: the determination of college students' village officials to take root in the countryside is not firm; the role conversion is poor, and it is difficult to adapt to the rural work posts;Professional mismatch phenomenon is serious, difficult to do; invisible loss and secondment phenomenon prominent.The reason of the problems in the development of the university student village official in Yan'an is the internal reason.From the perspective of university student village officials to study and analysis; second, external reasons.Respectively from the overall development of Yan'an, party committee and government, colleges and universities and social four angles to discuss and analyze.The countermeasures to solve the problems of the development of college students' village officials in Yan'an are as follows: first, aiming at the internal reasons, setting up the development goals of the college students, making firm commitment to the rural areas, making a good career development plan and accumulating experience.In particular, female village officials should overcome their own physical and psychological problems.Second, for external reasons, the entire Yanan City to seek good and fast development.Party committees and governments should constantly strengthen top-level design and do a good job of implementation.Colleges and universities in our country broaden the field of education and innovate the training mode.All walks of life should form and recognize the social atmosphere of supporting university student village officials.
