社会转型期大学生道德文化建设研究

【摘要】：我国尚处在社会转型期,各种体制的变革给社会带来了新活力,同时也伴随着新的价值观、世界观、人生观冲击着大学生的价值取向,导致了道德文化建设领域出现了复杂的局面,整体虽表现出较高的水平,但局部却严重失范。因此必须对社会转型期大学生道德文化建设进行研究,并加以匡扶。本文为社会转型期时代背景下大学生道德文化研究,主要研究对象为大学生道德文化建设,用马克思主义理论作指导,在对相关内涵界定的基础上,对社会转型期大学生道德文化建设的现状进行分析,凸显大学生在社会转型期中所面临的道德文化建设的危机性。在此基础上分析现状产生的原因,并针对以上原因进行相适应社会转型期的大学生道德文化建设的理念、体制和保障机制,有效的提高大学生道德文化建设的整体水平,从而影响到整个国民素质的提高。本课题从调查数据中得出当前大学生在社会转型期背景下存在的突出问题:“知行脱节”,“责任感欠缺”,“诚信缺失”,要解决这一问题应该坚持社会主义核心价值观的引领地位,结合“三全育人”与“三个课堂”,建立“学校”“家庭”“社会”“三位一体”的道德文化建设体系,从而构建自我的公德、自律和诚信教育。
[Abstract]:Our country is still in the period of social transformation, the changes of various systems have brought new vitality to the society, but also accompanied by the new values, world outlook, outlook on life impact on the value orientation of college students.It leads to a complex situation in the field of moral culture construction, although the whole shows a higher level, but part of it is seriously out of order.Therefore, it is necessary to study the construction of college students' moral culture in the period of social transformation.This paper is a study of college students' moral culture under the background of social transition period. The main research object is the construction of college students' moral culture, guided by Marxist theory, and based on the definition of relevant connotations.This paper analyzes the present situation of the moral culture construction of college students in the social transition period, and highlights the crisis of the moral culture construction faced by the college students in the social transition period.On this basis, it analyzes the causes of the present situation, and aims at the above reasons, carries on the idea, the system and the safeguard mechanism of the college students' moral culture construction which adapts to the social transition period, effectively enhances the overall level of the college students' moral culture construction.Thus affecting the improvement of the quality of the whole people.From the survey data, this paper concludes that the current college students in the background of social transformation exist prominent problems: "disconnect between knowledge and practice", "lack of responsibility", "lack of honesty", "lack of integrity", "lack of responsibility", "lack of integrity",In order to solve this problem, we should adhere to the leading position of socialist core values, combine "three full education" and "three classes", establish a moral and cultural construction system of "school", "family", "society" and "trinity".In order to build self-ethics, self-discipline and integrity education.
