高校辅导员职业能力的现状及提升路径

【摘要】：辅导员职业能力的高低直接关系到大学生的思想政治觉悟和健康发展,进而影响我国高校教育的质量和水平。加强高校辅导员职业能力培养是应对国家、社会、高校、学生对辅导员工作衡量与评价的根本方法。当前,可以通过高校辅导员职业能力提升的路径选择,指出应完善考评机制,畅通辅导员晋升发展渠道;严格选培制度,走职业化专业化发展道路;增强综合素质,提升管理能力和人格魅力等多种途径加强高校辅导员职业能力。
[Abstract]:The professional ability of counselors is directly related to the ideological and political consciousness and healthy development of college students, and then affects the quality and level of higher education in China.Strengthening the cultivation of college counselors' professional ability is the basic method to measure and evaluate the work of counselors in our country, society, colleges and universities.At present, we can choose the way to improve the professional ability of college counselors, and point out that we should perfect the evaluation mechanism, unblock the channel of counselors' promotion and development, strictly select the system of training, take the path of professionalization and professional development, enhance the comprehensive quality,Enhance management ability and personality charm and other ways to strengthen the professional ability of college counselors.
