韩国建设世界一流大学的战略举措——以浦项科技大学为例

【摘要】：本研究从韩国推进世界一流大学的国家背景出发,对浦项科技大学创建世界一流大学的战略进行了分析。通过研究发现,浦项科技的发展离不开韩国政府的强力推动。在国家政策和资源的保障下,浦项科技采用"小而精"的发展战略,通过开展精英教育、吸引国际顶尖人才、提升科研水平等举措,在短时间内提升了大学发展的外在指标,并持续性地提升大学的内在品格。通过外在和内在双重发展,实现创建一流大学的目标。
[Abstract]:Based on the national background of promoting world-class universities in South Korea, this study analyzes the strategy of POSCO University of Science and Technology to establish world-class universities.Through research, the development of Posco technology can not be separated from the strong push of the Korean government.Under the guarantee of national policies and resources, Posco has adopted a "small but refined" development strategy. Through the development of elite education, attracting international top talents and raising the level of scientific research, and so on, Posco has promoted the external indicators of university development in a short period of time.And continuously improve the inherent character of the university.Through both external and internal development, we can achieve the goal of establishing a first-class university.
