高校开展民族团结教育的实践路径研究——以“共居、共学、共事、共乐”理论为视角

【摘要】：当前,高校民族团结教育主要形成以课堂为主渠道的认知性教育模式、以文化为载体的渗透式模式、以社会实践为载体的体验式模式和以情感为纽带的感化式模式。"共居、共学、共事、共乐"既是新时期加强民族团结教育、促进各民族交往交流交融的重要制度创新,也是一种重要的实践模式。这种模式强调要构建以嵌入式管理为主的"共居"格局,建立完善"共学"的平台和机制,丰富"共事"的内涵和载体,积极创造"共乐"的实现条件,推进民族团结教育工作的开展。
[Abstract]:At present, the national unity education in colleges and universities mainly forms the cognitive education mode with the classroom as the main channel, the permeable mode with the culture as the carrier, the experience mode with the social practice as the carrier and the influence mode with the emotion as the link. ""living together, studying together, working together together" is not only an important institutional innovation of strengthening national unity education in the new period, but also an important practical model.This mode emphasizes the construction of the "co-habitation" pattern based on embedded management, the establishment and perfection of the platform and mechanism of "co-learning", the enrichment of the connotation and carrier of "co-education", and the active creation of the conditions for the realization of "co-learning".We will promote the education of ethnic unity.
