普通本科院校人才培养中存在的问题及对策

【摘要】：文章分析了普通本科院校在学生大四阶段人才培养中存在的问题,如教学秩序、教学质量受到的冲击,学生培养质量和输送到研究生的学生质量受到的影响。进而剖析了解决这些问题的制约因素,最后给出了解决问题的对策和方案构想。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of talents in the senior stage of college students, such as the order of teaching, the impact on the quality of teaching, the influence of the quality of the students' training and the quality of the students transported to graduate students.Then it analyzes the restrictive factors to solve these problems, and finally gives the countermeasures and scheme of solving the problems.
