高校教师参与治理的困惑及其现实内涵

【摘要】:现实之中的高校教师参与治理实践极为复杂,远非几个简单概念、简约的理论和抽象理念所能回答,参与治理体现了参与民主与不同主体间权利的平等,但是,它不意味着不同主体具有同等的权力;不同事项的性质决定了教师参与决策的范围,但不同教师专业资质与能力又决定了其参与程度的差异;教师参与治理效果或许并不理想,但即便如此,它依旧必不可少,是维持大学作为文化意义机构的核心制度节点。
[Abstract]:In reality, the practice of university teachers' participation in governance is extremely complex, far from a few simple concepts, simple theories and abstract ideas can answer. Participation in governance embodies the equality of rights between participating democracy and different subjects, but,It does not mean that different subjects have the same power; the nature of different events determines the scope of teachers' participation in decision-making, but different teachers' professional qualifications and abilities determine the difference of their participation degree; the effect of teachers' participation in governance may not be ideal.But even so, it is essential to maintain the university as the core institution of cultural significance.
