独立学院混合所有制办学模式研究

【摘要】：独立学院是我国高等教育办学体制改革创新的产物,由国有资本、集体资本、民营资本、个体资本、外资等不同所有制的两个及以上投资主体共同合作举办,具有混合所有制的典型特征。完善独立学院混合所有制办学模式,对于破解独立学院发展中面临的理论和实践难题以及推进治理体系和治理能力现代化具有积极意义。
[Abstract]:The independent college is the product of the reform and innovation of the higher education system in China. It is jointly organized by two or more investors with different ownership, such as state-owned capital, collective capital, private capital, individual capital, foreign capital, etc.A typical feature of mixed ownership.Perfecting the mode of mixed ownership of independent colleges is of great significance to solve the theoretical and practical problems in the development of independent colleges and to promote the modernization of governance system and ability.
