情绪情感对思想政治教育接受的组织功能研究

【摘要】:接受问题是思想政治教育的关键问题,它关系到思想政治教育的成败和祖国前途命运的安危。据有关调查显示,我国目前思想政治教育接受性不高,存在着不愿接受和虚假接受等现象,这是十分危险的。因此接受问题是思想政治教育当前亟需解决的问题。英国学者沛西·能曾说“如此众多教育努力的相对无效性主要是相对忽视了作为每个人的能量的最近来源的情感,它是教育发展的真正动力,不论在学习方面还是情感方面。”大学生思想政治教育是一种深入人心灵的教育,旨在使大学生树立正确的人生观、世界观、价值观,是对大学生品行、情感和态度的教育。纵观思想政治教育接受的整个心理过程,从知觉对象的选择、信息移动的监视、内容的记忆、思维到外在的行为表现无不受到情绪情感的影响,因此从情绪情感的功能视角来研究接受问题就显得十分的有必要。说到情绪情感,人们总会不自觉的把它和无组织、紊乱、非理性等词联系在一起。如,我们形容一个人不理智,常说其“情绪化”、“闹情绪”、“感情用事”等。但任何事物都具有双面性,情绪情感也不例外。心理学研究表明,情绪情感确实有不理性、紊乱的一面,但同时它对其他心理活动又具有组织功能,是其他一切心理活动的组织者。在思想政治教育接受的整个系统工程中,它居于引导性、连接性和调节性的组织位置。它通过影响接受主体知觉的选择、信息移动的监视、内容的记忆、思维活动和行为表现,来对思想政治教育接受活动产生或组织(促进)或瓦解(阻碍)的作用。同时还要注意一点,组织功能本身虽然没有正负之分,但功能发挥作用后的表现却有好坏之别。情绪情感的组织功能对思想政治教育接受产生的是组织作用还是瓦解作用,取决于情绪情感的正负。因此,积极情绪情感的培养是其组织作用得以实现的情感路径。除此之外,情感教育模式的创建则是其技术支撑。论文从解释相关概念出发,在分析情绪情感的组织功能之于其接受的必要性和可行性的基础之上,剖析了其接受过程中情绪情感组织功能具体的作用机制,进而提出了情绪情感组织作用得以实现的路径,希望能够对接受问题的解决有所裨益。
[Abstract]:Acceptance is the key problem of Ideological and political education, it is related to the success or failure of the ideological and political education and the future and destiny of the motherland's safety. According to the survey, China's current ideological and political education is not high, there is a reluctance to accept and accept the false phenomenon, this is very dangerous. So the problem is to accept the ideological and political education should be solved. The British scholar Pei Xi, can once said "so many efforts of education relatively ineffective mainly relatively ignored as recently everyone's energy source of emotion, it is the real power in the development of education, whether in learning or emotion." College Students' Ideological and political education is a kind of deep the soul of education, to enable students to establish a correct outlook on life, world outlook, values of college students moral character, emotion and attitude of education throughout the ideological and political education to accept. The whole psychological process, from the perception of object selection, mobile information monitoring, the contents of memory, thinking and external behavior are all influenced by emotion, so from the functional perspective to study the emotional acceptance problem becomes very necessary. When it comes to emotional feelings, people will not consciously put it no organization, disorder, irrational and other words together. For example, we describe a person who is not sensible, often said that the "emotional", "emotion", "emotional". But everything has two sides, emotion is no exception. Psychological study shows that emotion is not rational but at the same time, the disorder of the other side, it also has the function of mental activity organization, all other psychological activities of the organizers. In the ideological and political education to accept the entire system engineering, it is leading, connectivity and regulatory The organization position. It affects the subject consciousness selection, information mobile monitoring, the contents of memory, thinking and behavior, to activities or organizations on the reception of the ideological and Political Education (promotion) or collapse (blocking) effect.
