高校思想政治教育仪式及其育人功能研究

【摘要】：习近平在2016年12月召开的全国高校思想政治工作会议上指出:“要更加注重以文化人、以文育人,广泛开展文明校园创建,开展形式多样、健康向上、格调高雅的校园文化活动”。这为高校运用多种文化形式育人提供了指南。高校思想政治教育仪式是对大学生进行思想政治教育的重要载体。高校应充分发挥思想政治教育仪式的育人功能,提高大学生思想政治教育的实际效果。本文共分四个部分:绪论部分主要论述了研究高校思想政治教育仪式的意义和方法等内容。第一章分析了高校思想政治教育仪式的特征和类型。从历史的发展角度论述了中国古代和西方国家的主要育人仪式。高校思想政治教育仪式的特征包括意识形态性、社会性、群体性和场域性这四个方面。高校思想政治教育仪式主要有庆典类、宣誓类和纪念类三种类型。第二章论述了高校思想政治教育仪式的育人功能及存在的主要问题。高校思想政治教育仪式的育人功能主要包括:明确发展目标,促进大学生成人成才;规范个人言行,引导大学生道德发展;增强集体共识,激发团体凝聚力;巩固理想信念,增强学生责任感、使命感和抱负感;培养健康心态,弘扬社会主义核心价值观。当前,发挥高校思想政治教育仪式育人功能所存在的主要问题是:仪式组织者和参与者对仪式目的认识模糊;仪式缺乏规范严格的程序;仪式的形式与内容不统一;仪式缺乏鲜明的代表性符号。第三章针对上述问题,论述了高校思想政治教育仪式育人功能的实现路径:第一,提高认知,要提高高校思想政治教育仪式组织者和参与者的认知水平;引导他们在组织和参与高校思想政治教育仪式时设置预期目标。第二,精心筹划,营造高校思想政治教育仪式情境,重视学生情感体验;丰富高校思想政治教育仪式内容与类型,增强文化底蕴;打造本校特色的思想政治教育仪式名片。第三,完善制度,加强高校思想政治教育仪式制度化建设;形成系统完整的高校思想政治教育仪式体系;提高高校思想政治教育仪式评价的科学性。研究高校思想政治教育仪式及其育人功能,对提高思想政治教育有效性具有重要的意义和作用。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Conference on ideological and political work in Colleges and Universities held in December 2016: "it is necessary to pay more attention to the creation of civilized campuses through cultural and cultural education, and to develop a variety of forms and healthy progress."Elegant campus cultural activities.This provides a guide for colleges and universities to use a variety of cultural forms to educate people.Ideological and political education ceremony is an important carrier of ideological and political education for college students.Colleges and universities should give full play to the educational function of ideological and political education ceremony and improve the practical effect of ideological and political education for college students.This paper is divided into four parts: the introduction mainly discusses the significance and methods of studying the ceremony of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The first chapter analyzes the characteristics and types of ideological and political education rituals in colleges and universities.From the perspective of historical development, this paper discusses the main ceremony of educating people in ancient China and western countries.The characteristics of ideological and political education in colleges and universities include ideology, sociality, group and field.There are three kinds of ceremony of ideological and political education in colleges and universities: celebration, oath and memorial.The second chapter discusses the educational function and main problems of ideological and political education ceremony in colleges and universities.The educational functions of ideological and political education ceremony in colleges and universities mainly include: defining the development goal, promoting the adult development of college students, standardizing personal words and deeds, guiding the moral development of college students, strengthening collective consensus, inspiring group cohesion, consolidating ideals and beliefs,Strengthen students' sense of responsibility, mission and ambition, cultivate healthy mentality and carry forward socialist core values.At present, the main problems in giving play to the function of ideological and political education in colleges and universities are as follows: the ceremony organizers and participants have a vague understanding of the purpose of the ceremony, the ceremony lacks a standardized and strict procedure, and the form and content of the ceremony are not unified;The ceremony lacks a distinctive symbol.The third chapter discusses the ways to realize the function of ideological and political education ritual education in colleges and universities: first, to improve the cognition of the organizers and participants of ideological and political education ceremonies in colleges and universities;Guide them to set the desired goals when organizing and participating in the ideological and political education ceremonies in colleges and universities.Second, carefully plan, create the ideological and political education ceremony situation, attach importance to the emotional experience of students; enrich the content and types of ideological and political education ceremony in colleges and universities, strengthen the cultural background; create the school characteristics of ideological and political education ceremony business card.Third, we should perfect the system, strengthen the institutionalization of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, form a systematic and complete ritual system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and improve the scientific nature of the evaluation of ideological and political education rituals in colleges and universities.The study of ideological and political education ceremony and its educational function in colleges and universities plays an important role in improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
