积极心理学在高校思想政治教育中的运用研究

【摘要】：积极心理学作为一种积极思想理念现已被众多学科领域所重视,其发展于20世纪90年代末的心理学运动思潮,思想精髓是致力于研究人们积极的品质和潜在的能力,并倡导以更加积极的、欣赏的、开放的目光看待人和事物,将研究视角转向人的积极正面品质。积极心理学的理念与方法更多地注重人们的积极情感体验与潜能的发掘,强调人们都存在积极的美德需要教育者深入挖掘。其研究主张的育人理念与高校思想政治教育工作有着目标一致的契合点,高校思想政治教育的目的是实现大学生群体自由而全面的发展。研究积极心理学对于改进和完善我国高校思想政治教育工作具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。本文以积极心理学在高校思想政治教育中的运用为研究主线。首先,探讨研究背景、目的及意义,高度概括国内外研究者对于积极心理学及高校思想政治教育的研究进展情况,提出研究方法及创新点。其次,对积极心理学和高校思想政治教育的基本理论进行概述,分别阐述其内涵、积极心理学领域的研究范围、两者的内在联系及高校思想政治教育未来发展态势。再次,分析高校思想政治教育的发展现状,主要阐述高校思想政治教育所取得的成绩,深度剖析高校思想政治教育在教育者、受教育者、教育介体及教育环境中产生的困境。最后,重点论述了如何将积极心理学相关理念和方法运用到高校思想政治教育中。
[Abstract]:Positive psychology, as a kind of positive thought, has been attached great importance to by many subject fields. It developed in the psychology movement trend of thought in the late 1990s. The essence of the thought is to study people's positive quality and potential ability.It also advocates to look at people and things with more positive, appreciative and open eyes, and turn the research perspective to positive qualities of people.The idea and method of positive psychology pay more attention to the exploration of people's positive emotional experience and potential, and emphasize that people all have positive virtues and need educators to dig deeply.The educational concept advocated by his research has a consistent goal with the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The purpose of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is to realize the free and comprehensive development of college students.The study of positive psychology has important theoretical and practical significance for improving and perfecting ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China.This paper focuses on the application of positive psychology in ideological and political education in colleges and universities.First of all, it discusses the background, purpose and significance of the research, summarizes the research progress of positive psychology and ideological and political education at home and abroad, and puts forward the research methods and innovative points.Secondly, the author summarizes the basic theories of positive psychology and ideological and political education in colleges and universities, expounds the connotation of positive psychology, the scope of research in the field of positive psychology, the internal relationship between the two, and the development trend of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the future.Thirdly, it analyzes the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, mainly expounds the achievements of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and deeply analyzes the plight of ideological and political education in education, educatee, educational medium and educational environment.At last, it discusses how to apply the related ideas and methods of positive psychology to ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
