高校新教师的职业适应与职业认同研究

【摘要】：本文通过问卷调查高校新教师的职业适应和职业认同水平来初步探索高校新教师的职业发展状态。来自北京市某高校的83名新入职教师参与了本研究。研究结果揭示该高校新教师的职业适应和职业认同水平总体较高,但会受到年龄、所在学科、国外工作经历的影响。具体而言,文科教师在人际关系方面要优于工科教师,有海外经历的教师在职业归属和行为倾向方面要优于没有海外经历的教师。此外,高校教师的职业适应和职业认同之间存在显著的正相关。这些研究成果有助于深刻理解高校教师的职业发展现状,并为各种岗前培训方案的设计和具体干预工作的开展提供依据。
[Abstract]:This paper explores the status of new college teachers' professional development by questionnaire survey on the level of professional adaptation and professional identity of new teachers in colleges and universities.83 new teachers from a university in Beijing participated in this study.The results show that the new teachers in this university have a higher level of occupational adaptation and professional identity, but are affected by their age, their subject and their work experience abroad.In particular, liberal arts teachers are superior to engineering teachers in interpersonal relationships, and teachers with overseas experience are better than those with no overseas experience in terms of professional attribution and behavioral tendency.In addition, there is a significant positive correlation between occupational adaptation and professional identity of college teachers.These results are helpful to understand the present situation of college teachers' professional development, and to provide the basis for the design of various pre-job training programs and the implementation of specific intervention work.
