【摘要】：创新创业实践活动是在社会氛围引领与个人主体主观能动性发挥的相互统一作用下实现的。创新创业意识在这两者相互统一作用中起着关键作用。客观来看,创新创业实践活动是一个纷繁复杂的过程,其发展过程受到来自各方主观、客观变量因素的制约与影响。其发展是由无意识和意识、理性和非理性、现实与虚拟、物质与精神等主客观因素相互融合、作用的过程,过程中相互发生着不同的作用。而究其关键,理性、现实、精神的创新创业意识,是实现创新创业的主导性因素和关键。正是基于这样的理解和认识,本文将创新创业意识作为揭示、剖析和探究的认识客体,通过从马克思主义基本原理有关人的全面发展理论、人的主体性理论、人的人性论理论、实践观出发,探究与分析创新创业意识培育的实质。我们将创新创业过程看作是一个复杂的系统,并以创新创业实践为中介,以创新创业意识培育为线索展开研究。研究中,我们深刻剖析马克思主义理论体系与创新创业意识培育之间内在的本质联系,站在新常态的角度,分析培育创新创业意识的现状与过程,试图从人的主体出发研究人在把社会创新创业要求转化为主体创新创业需求后,创新创业意识对社会、个人创新创业能力提升的作用。由此可见,创新创业实践呼唤、渴望创新创业意识,提高社会、个人创新创业能力必须注重和加强创新创业意识的培育与研究。论文大致分为以下几个部分展开行文,绪论部分通过仔细研读学术论文及期刊文献,分析研究背景及意义,了解创新创业意识培育的国内外现状,并就本文研究思路进行阐述与剖析;第一部分站在中国经济发展的新常态角度,分析大众创业、万众创新氛围下大学生创新创业意识相关内容的概述,分析其培育过程及重要意义;第二部分通过马克思主义经典著作的基本原理,分析大学生创新创业意识培育的理论基础;第三部分深入剖析新常态下大学生创新创业意识的现状,分析其问题与原因;第四部分重点从学校、家庭、社会、个人等方面探究培育大学生创新创业意识的路径及方法。
[Abstract]:The practice of innovation and entrepreneurship is realized under the mutual unity of the social atmosphere leading and the subjective initiative of the individual subject.The consciousness of innovation and entrepreneurship plays a key role in the unity of the two.Objectively speaking, the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship is a complicated process, and its development process is restricted and influenced by the subjective and objective variable factors.Its development is composed of unconscious and consciousness, rationality and irrationality, reality and virtual, material and spirit, and other subjective and objective factors.The key, rational, realistic and spiritual consciousness of innovation and entrepreneurship is the leading factor and key to the realization of innovative entrepreneurship.Based on this understanding and understanding, this paper regards the consciousness of innovation and entrepreneurship as the object of cognition to reveal, analyze and explore, through the basic principles of Marxism related to the overall development of human theory, human subjectivity theory, the theory of human nature.From the view of practice, this paper explores and analyzes the essence of the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial consciousness.We regard the process of innovation as a complex system, and take the practice of innovation as the intermediary and the cultivation of the consciousness of innovation as the clue to carry out the research.In the research, we deeply analyze the intrinsic relationship between Marxist theoretical system and the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial consciousness, and from the perspective of the new normal, we analyze the present situation and process of cultivating innovative entrepreneurial consciousness.This paper attempts to study the role of innovation and entrepreneurship awareness in the promotion of social and individual innovation and entrepreneurship ability after the transformation of social innovation entrepreneurship requirements into subjective innovation entrepreneurial needs from the perspective of human subjects.Thus it can be seen that the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship calls for a desire for innovative entrepreneurial consciousness to improve the society and individual innovative entrepreneurial ability must pay attention to and strengthen the cultivation and research of innovative entrepreneurial consciousness.The thesis is divided into the following parts: introduction part, through careful study of academic papers and periodical literature, analysis of the research background and significance, to understand the domestic and foreign status of innovative entrepreneurial awareness cultivation,The first part, from the new normal angle of China's economic development, analyzes the public entrepreneurship and the summary of college students' awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship under the atmosphere of numerous innovation.The second part analyzes the theoretical basis of the cultivation of college students' innovative entrepreneurial consciousness through the basic principles of Marxist classic works.The third part deeply analyzes the current situation of college students' innovative entrepreneurial consciousness under the new normal, analyzes its problems and reasons; the fourth part focuses on exploring the ways and methods of cultivating college students' innovative entrepreneurial consciousness from school, family, society, individual and so on.
