“存在问题”专业硕士学位论文中的典型问题——基于Y市论文抽检同行专家文字评审意见的分析

【摘要】：近年来,专业硕士学位研究生规模迅猛发展和专业硕士学位论文质量参差不齐之间的突出矛盾一直是制约我国专业硕士学位良性发展的关键症结。由于专业硕士学位论文形式多样并且规范和评价标准各异加之数据材料缺失,更加凸显出此类问题的研究难度和价值。通过分析Y市"存在问题"抽检论文专家评审意见发现,目前专业硕士学位论文存在论文选题偏移、文献综述失范、核心概念模糊、研究主题偏离、对策建议不实、逻辑思路混乱、研究过程不足、研究方法失当、论证材料随意、专业知识欠缺和抄袭作假严重11个典型问题。矫正这些问题需要培养单位、导师及研究生树立"责任意识"和"质量意识",加强质量自律,对专业学位研究生培养实施过程管理和"节点控制",并尽快在省域层面实施专业学位论文抽检工作,从而对各利益相关者形成"倒逼效应"。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the prominent contradiction between the rapid development of professional master degree graduate and the uneven quality of professional master degree thesis has been the key problem restricting the benign development of professional master degree in China.The difficulty and value of this kind of research are highlighted because of the diversity of professional master's thesis and the difference of standard and evaluation standard and the lack of data material.Through the analysis of the expert evaluation opinions of the spot inspection papers of "existing problems" in Y City, it is found that at present, there are excursions of thesis topics in professional master's degree thesis, the literature review is out of order, the core concepts are vague, the research subject deviates, the countermeasures and suggestions are not true.There are 11 typical problems, such as confusion of logical thinking, insufficient research process, improper research methods, random argumentation materials, lack of professional knowledge and plagiarism.To correct these problems, it is necessary to cultivate "responsibility consciousness" and "quality consciousness" among units, tutors and graduate students, and strengthen self-discipline of quality.The process management and "node control" for the cultivation of professional graduate students are carried out, and the sampling inspection of professional degree papers is carried out at the provincial level as soon as possible, thus forming a "backward force effect" on all stakeholders.
