供给侧结构性改革视角下高校应用型人才培养模式研究

【摘要】：供给侧结构性改革与高校应用型人才培养模式具有辩证统一的关系。当前,高校应用型人才培养模式在传统需求侧改革下存在困境,如专业设置与市场需求结构不合理,学科标准与专业人才素质要求不匹配,师资队伍与实践教学新变化不适应,评价机制未能满足"管办评分离"要求等。对此,提出要加减乘除多种举措并举,开创供给侧结构性改革下高校应用型人才培养模式新路径。
[Abstract]:The structural reform on the supply side has a dialectical and unified relationship with the training mode of applied talents in colleges and universities.At present, under the traditional demand-side reform, the mode of cultivating applied talents in colleges and universities has some difficulties, such as the unreasonable structure of specialty setup and market demand, the mismatch between subject standards and professional talents' quality requirements, and the new changes of teaching staff and practice teaching.The evaluation mechanism failed to meet the requirements of the management office.In order to create a new way of cultivating applied talents in colleges and universities under the supply-side structural reform, it is proposed to increase, reduce, multiply and divide a variety of measures at the same time.
