大学生兼职的误区与高值兼职的对策

【摘要】：尽管大学生兼职已是一种普遍现象,但是,大学生的兼职行为依然存在着三大误区:一是兼职工作与所学专业相关度低,二是过度兼职,三是不良兼职。只有高值兼职才能为大学生日后成长成才、顺利就业真正提供积极有效的帮助。大学生的高值兼职应遵循的策略是:以职业生涯规划为导向的策略,紧密结合专业以兼职的策略,适度兼职的策略,安全兼职的策略。
[Abstract]:Although it is a common phenomenon for college students to work part-time, there are still three misunderstandings in their part-time work: one is the low correlation between part-time work and their major, the other is excessive part-time, and the third is bad part-time.Only high-value part-time can provide positive and effective help for college students to grow up and get successful employment.The strategies that should be followed for college students' high value part-time work are: career planning oriented strategy, combination of professional and part-time strategy, moderate part-time strategy, and safe part-time strategy.
