普通本科高校招生评价模式改革研究

【摘要】:由于高校招生长期以高考成绩作为录取与否的主要标准,使得高考和招生评价经常混为一谈。随着招生与考试相对分离,必须明确高考只是高校招生评价的要素之一,高考招生也只是高校招生的模式之一。高校招生评价上连高等教育、下引基础教育,是教育体系中的重要环节,具有核心枢纽的调节作用。一方面,它关乎高等教育人才培养的起点;另一方面,又对基础教育有着强大的引导效力。因此,是教育学研究中带有全局性的重大问题。值此恢复高考四十周年之际,本研究以普通本科高校招生评价模式为研究对象。首先,按照高考、保送生、自主招生、综合评价四类招生模式为四条线索,回顾了 1977年以来我国高校招生评价的改革历程,为定位当前改革方向寻求较有深度的历史参照。其次,通过介绍美、英、俄、日、韩、澳六国的高校招生评价模式,分析得出各国模式的共性与差异,为破解我国日渐凸显的招生评价难题,获取可资借鉴的域外经验。进而在功能辨析与功效比较的基础上,思索高考、综合评价两大招生模式的协调策略。最后基于对高考改革中问题和误区的反思,探究进一步改良高考招生模式的方法与对策。研究发现,我国的高校招生评价肩负着育人功能、选拔功能和社会功能,高考招生和综合评价招生在各项功效上互有优劣。为了衔接好高等教育与基础教育间的选拔与育人,兼顾教育功能与社会功能间的效率与公平。需要在坚持高考招生模式为主的前提下,稳步推广综合评价招生模式。就高考招生模式而言,以"两依据、一参考"为导向的新一轮改革有其理想的出发点,但也面临招生录取、高中教学、学生成长中的一系列问题。为解决这些问题,完善高考方案,可以尝试"合并高考学考,实行九科统考";"分数多重表征,成绩按需取用";"各科权重不一,分值因人而异"等改革新思路。
[Abstract]:College entrance examination and enrollment evaluation are often confused because of the long term performance of college entrance examination as the main criterion for admission or not.With the relative separation of enrollment and examination, it is necessary to make clear that the college entrance examination is only one of the elements of college enrollment evaluation, and the college entrance examination enrollment is only one of the models of college enrollment.It is an important link in the educational system to evaluate the enrollment of colleges and universities with higher education and basic education, which has the regulating function of the core pivot.On the one hand, it is related to the starting point of talent training in higher education; on the other hand, it has a strong guiding effect on basic education.Therefore, it is a major problem with overall significance in pedagogy research.On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the restoration of the college entrance examination, this study focuses on the evaluation model of the enrollment of ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities.First of all, according to the college entrance examination, the guarantee student, the independent enrollment, the comprehensive evaluation four kinds of enrollment pattern is four clues, has reviewed our country university enrollment appraisal reform process since 1977, has sought the deeper historical reference for the localization current reform direction.Secondly, by introducing the college enrollment evaluation models of the United States, Britain, Russia, Japan, South Korea and Australia, the author analyzes the commonness and difference of the models of each country, in order to solve the increasingly prominent problems of enrollment evaluation in our country, and obtain the foreign experience that can be used for reference.Then, on the basis of function discrimination and efficiency comparison, the author thinks about college entrance examination and synthetically evaluates the coordination strategy of the two enrollment modes.Finally, based on the reflection of the problems and misunderstandings in the reform of the college entrance examination, the author explores the methods and countermeasures of further improving the enrollment mode of the college entrance examination.It is found that the evaluation of college enrollment in our country shoulders the functions of educating, selecting and social, and the college entrance examination and the comprehensive evaluation of enrollment have advantages and disadvantages.Under the premise of insisting on the college entrance examination enrollment model, the comprehensive evaluation enrollment model should be popularized steadily.As far as the college entrance examination enrollment model is concerned, the new round of reform guided by "two bases and one reference" has its ideal starting point, but it also faces a series of problems in enrollment, high school teaching and students' growth.In order to solve these problems and perfect the plan of college entrance examination, we can try to reform new ideas such as "combining the examination of college entrance examination and carrying out nine subjects unified examination", "the scores are represented many times, the results are used according to needs", and "the weight of each subject is different, the value of each subject is different from one person to another" and so on.
