高校众创空间的运行机制及建设策略——以广东工业大学国家级创客空间为例

【摘要】：从高校众创空间的建设实践出发,探讨将高校众创空间以非盈利性的服务平台、人才培养的试验园区、开放式的资源集聚地作为其功能定位,并可以向GIS(群体创新空间)、"前孵化器"、PNP创业孵化器等方向发展。以实例为依托,总结提出从管理团队、管理制度、进退机制、运营支持等方面设计运行机制,从建设理念、虚实平台、师资队伍、文化活动等方面采取相应的建设策略。
[Abstract]:Based on the construction practice of Zhongchuang Space, this paper discusses the functional orientation of Zhongchuang Space, which is based on the non-profit service platform, the experimental park of talent training, and the open resource gathering area.And it can develop towards GIS (group innovation space), "pre-incubator" and PNP business incubator.Based on the examples, this paper summarizes and puts forward the design of the operation mechanism from the aspects of management team, management system, advance and retreat mechanism, operation support and so on, and adopts the corresponding construction strategy from the aspects of construction idea, virtual platform, teaching staff, cultural activities and so on.
